保障我國(guó)農(nóng)科博士生質(zhì)量的投資研究

【摘要】:教育投資是保障農(nóng)科博士生教育質(zhì)量的重要因素之一。本文從理論和實(shí)際調(diào)查兩方面出發(fā),對(duì)我國(guó)農(nóng)科博士生教育投資和質(zhì)量進(jìn)行了理論研究與實(shí)證分析,得出了保障農(nóng)科博士生合格質(zhì)量的投資數(shù)量,并對(duì)教育投資如何保障質(zhì)量做了定性分析,提出了一些政策建議。 本文分為六部分。第一部分是導(dǎo)言,主要介紹了本研究的背景,研究的目的和意義,研究的主要內(nèi)容和方法,對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外一些學(xué)者的研究做了文獻(xiàn)綜述,并對(duì)本研究的幾個(gè)核心概念做了界定。第二部分是關(guān)于我國(guó)農(nóng)科博士生教育投資的一般理論研究,這一部分分為兩節(jié),第一節(jié)是教育投資的一般理論問(wèn)題,包括教育投資的概念、分類、特點(diǎn)以及負(fù)擔(dān)主體等,第二節(jié)是農(nóng)科博士生培養(yǎng)成本的理論研究,提出了農(nóng)科博士生培養(yǎng)成本的構(gòu)成和計(jì)算思路,為后面的實(shí)證分析做了理論上的鋪墊。同時(shí)也對(duì)博士生教育成本補(bǔ)償?shù)默F(xiàn)狀、原則做了分析,提出了成本補(bǔ)償?shù)某醪皆O(shè)想。第三部分是農(nóng)科博士生質(zhì)量的理論研究,分析了農(nóng)科博士生教育質(zhì)量的定義、內(nèi)涵和質(zhì)量觀的構(gòu)成,提出了農(nóng)科博士生培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量的量化衡量指標(biāo),并對(duì)農(nóng)科博士生教育質(zhì)量保障的概念、主體和途徑,以及投資對(duì)質(zhì)量的保障進(jìn)行了一定的理論研究。第四部分是農(nóng)科博士生教育投資和質(zhì)量的實(shí)證分析,在教育投資的實(shí)證分析中,重點(diǎn)研究農(nóng)科博士生教育經(jīng)費(fèi)的現(xiàn)狀、教育收費(fèi)和教育成本,提出了如果對(duì)農(nóng)科博士生實(shí)行并軌收費(fèi)的收費(fèi)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),以及目前要保障農(nóng)科博士生的合格質(zhì)量,其教育的成本的數(shù)量。在質(zhì)量的實(shí)證分析中,,主要探討了質(zhì)量的衡量指標(biāo)、培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量的現(xiàn)狀以及質(zhì)量保障的條件,并對(duì)入選全國(guó)百篇優(yōu)秀博士學(xué)位論文的保障條件做了一定分析。最后,還對(duì)高等農(nóng)業(yè)院?蒲械耐度氘a(chǎn)出進(jìn)行了定量研究,以此反映投資與質(zhì)量的數(shù)學(xué)關(guān)系。第五部分是保障農(nóng)科博士生質(zhì)量的政策建議,主要從投資角度提出了四條政策建議。第六部分是本研究的主要結(jié)論與展望。
[Abstract]:Education investment is one of the important factors to guarantee the education quality of agricultural doctoral students. Based on the theoretical and practical investigation, this paper makes theoretical research and empirical analysis on the investment and quality of agricultural doctoral education in China, and obtains the quantity of investment to guarantee the qualified quality of agricultural doctoral students. It also makes qualitative analysis on how to guarantee the quality of education investment, and puts forward some policy suggestions. This paper is divided into six parts. The first part is the introduction, which mainly introduces the background, the purpose and significance of the study, the main contents and methods of the study, the literature review of some scholars at home and abroad, and the definition of several core concepts of this study. The second part is about the general theoretical research on the education investment of agricultural doctoral students in China. This part is divided into two sections. The first section is about the general theoretical problems of education investment, including the concept, classification, characteristics and burden subjects of education investment. The second section is the theoretical research on the cost of cultivation of agricultural doctoral students, and puts forward the composition and calculation of the cost of cultivation of agricultural doctoral students, which provides a theoretical basis for the empirical analysis. At the same time, the paper analyzes the status quo and principle of cost compensation for doctoral students, and puts forward a tentative plan of cost compensation. The third part is the theoretical research on the quality of agricultural doctoral students, analyzes the definition, connotation and composition of the quality of agricultural doctoral education, and puts forward the quantitative measurement index of the quality of agricultural doctoral education. The concept, the main body and the way of education quality assurance of agricultural doctoral students, as well as the guarantee of quality by investment, are also studied in this paper. The fourth part is the empirical analysis of the investment and quality of agricultural doctoral students' education. In the empirical analysis of educational investment, the author focuses on the current situation of agricultural doctoral students' education funds, education fees and education costs. This paper puts forward the standard of charging fees for agricultural doctoral students, and the quantity of cost of education in order to guarantee the qualified quality of agricultural doctoral students. In the empirical analysis of quality, this paper mainly discusses the measurement index of quality, the present situation of training quality and the condition of quality guarantee, and makes a certain analysis on the guarantee condition of selecting 100 excellent doctoral thesis in China. Finally, a quantitative study on the input-output of scientific research in agricultural colleges and universities is carried out to reflect the mathematical relationship between investment and quality. The fifth part is the policy recommendations to ensure the quality of agricultural doctoral students, mainly from the point of view of investment four policy recommendations. The sixth part is the main conclusions and prospects of this study.
