農(nóng)科碩士研究生職業(yè)規(guī)劃融入自主學(xué)習(xí)問(wèn)題研究

【摘要】:在研究生自主學(xué)習(xí)中,往往過(guò)多地強(qiáng)調(diào)學(xué)習(xí)成績(jī)與科研成果而忽略個(gè)人的學(xué)習(xí)成長(zhǎng)需要與職業(yè)發(fā)展問(wèn)題,強(qiáng)調(diào)現(xiàn)實(shí)需求而忽略個(gè)性發(fā)展,導(dǎo)致研究生自主學(xué)習(xí)能力不強(qiáng),缺乏自主性、主體性、針對(duì)性和發(fā)展性。在“十三五”規(guī)劃中,中央提出加快農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化,推動(dòng)農(nóng)業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的要求,需要大量的農(nóng)林牧科技人才投入到其中。這就需要我國(guó)高等農(nóng)業(yè)院校以培養(yǎng)適應(yīng)和符合農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化需要的高素質(zhì)創(chuàng)新人才。農(nóng)科研究生作為其中的一份子,擔(dān)負(fù)著建設(shè)農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化的重任。本文通過(guò)選取“職業(yè)規(guī)劃”這一視角,探討農(nóng)科碩士研究生將職業(yè)規(guī)劃融入自主學(xué)習(xí)當(dāng)中,以實(shí)現(xiàn)農(nóng)科研究生的全面發(fā)展,進(jìn)而幫助高校如何提高農(nóng)科研究生培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量提供對(duì)策,為我國(guó)農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展輸送科技杰出人才。所謂農(nóng)科研究生職業(yè)規(guī)劃融入自主學(xué)習(xí),是將農(nóng)科研究生職業(yè)規(guī)劃與自主學(xué)習(xí)結(jié)合起來(lái),將職業(yè)規(guī)劃內(nèi)容滲透到農(nóng)科研究生自主學(xué)習(xí)過(guò)程中,達(dá)到提升農(nóng)科研究生自主學(xué)習(xí)效果的目的,具體從自我剖析、確定目標(biāo)、職業(yè)儲(chǔ)備、反饋修正、環(huán)境分析五個(gè)方面的內(nèi)容去引導(dǎo)農(nóng)科研究生在研究生期間進(jìn)行自主學(xué)習(xí)。農(nóng)科碩士研究生職業(yè)規(guī)劃融入自主學(xué)習(xí)中去,既有理論依據(jù),即符合馬克思主義關(guān)于人的全面發(fā)展理論,遵循職業(yè)規(guī)劃理論,借鑒建構(gòu)主義學(xué)習(xí)理論,順應(yīng)研究生的學(xué)習(xí)階段特征,表現(xiàn)職業(yè)規(guī)劃與自主學(xué)習(xí)的聯(lián)系性。也有其實(shí)踐依據(jù),即農(nóng)科研究生職業(yè)規(guī)劃融入自主學(xué)習(xí)使研究生的目標(biāo)明晰化、自我認(rèn)識(shí)清晰化、對(duì)象主體化、內(nèi)容具體化、功能社會(huì)化、途徑多樣化、效果更理想。為此,本文分析農(nóng)科碩士研究生職業(yè)規(guī)劃融入自主學(xué)習(xí)的現(xiàn)狀研究有助于農(nóng)科研究生更好地提升自身的綜合素質(zhì)及科研能力,有助于學(xué)校、導(dǎo)師等為學(xué)生提供相應(yīng)的教育及服務(wù),進(jìn)而為國(guó)家提供更多的農(nóng)業(yè)科技人才,為社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展盡綿薄之力。本論文正文部分共分為五個(gè)部分:第一部分,緒論,介紹了本研究的研究背景以及研究的理論價(jià)值與實(shí)踐意義,同時(shí)對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外與本研究相關(guān)的文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行簡(jiǎn)要梳理。第二部分,對(duì)與本研究有關(guān)的概念和相關(guān)理論進(jìn)行了闡述和梳理。第三部分,實(shí)證研究。對(duì)我國(guó)三所農(nóng)業(yè)院校和兩所非農(nóng)業(yè)院校300名研究生進(jìn)行問(wèn)卷調(diào)查和訪談得到所需數(shù)據(jù)。在對(duì)這些數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行整理分析的結(jié)果上,對(duì)比分析農(nóng)科與非農(nóng)科研究生職業(yè)規(guī)劃、自主學(xué)習(xí)情況。根據(jù)職業(yè)規(guī)劃的內(nèi)容,主要從個(gè)體、目標(biāo)、學(xué)習(xí)內(nèi)容、反饋修正、主客觀環(huán)境五方面進(jìn)行調(diào)查分析,進(jìn)而歸納和總結(jié)出農(nóng)科碩士研究生職業(yè)規(guī)劃融入自主學(xué)習(xí)的特點(diǎn)。第四部分,總結(jié)調(diào)研結(jié)果。結(jié)合職業(yè)規(guī)劃的影響因素,從五個(gè)方面探討了農(nóng)科碩士研究生職業(yè)規(guī)劃融入自主學(xué)習(xí)中所存在的問(wèn)題。第五部分,解決策略。在前四章的鋪墊和研究的基礎(chǔ)上,提出改善農(nóng)科碩士研究生職業(yè)規(guī)劃融入自主學(xué)習(xí)的可行性對(duì)策。
[Abstract]:In the independent learning of graduate students, they often emphasize the achievement of learning and the achievements of scientific research, but ignore the needs of individual learning growth and professional development, emphasize the practical needs and ignore the development of personality, which leads to the weak ability of independent learning of graduate students. Lack of autonomy, subjectivity, pertinence and development. In the 13th Five-Year Plan, the central authorities put forward the requirement of speeding up the agricultural modernization and promoting the sustainable development of agriculture, which requires a large number of scientific and technological personnel of agriculture, forestry and animal husbandry to invest in it. This requires higher agricultural colleges and universities to cultivate high-quality innovative talents who adapt to and meet the needs of agricultural modernization. Agricultural graduate students, as one of them, shoulder the important task of building agricultural modernization. From the perspective of "career planning", this paper discusses the integration of professional planning into autonomous learning by agricultural graduate students, in order to achieve the overall development of agricultural graduate students. Then how to improve the cultivation quality of agricultural graduate students in colleges and universities to provide countermeasures and transport outstanding scientific and technological talents for the agricultural development of our country. The so-called professional planning of agricultural graduate students into autonomous learning, is to combine the career planning of agricultural graduate students with autonomous learning, and permeate the content of career planning into the process of autonomous learning of agricultural graduate students. In order to improve the effect of autonomous learning of agricultural graduate students, it can guide agricultural graduate students to study autonomously during graduate period from the aspects of self-analysis, goal determination, occupation reserve, feedback correction and environment analysis. The integration of professional planning into autonomous learning for graduate students of agricultural science has theoretical basis, that is, it conforms to the theory of comprehensive development of human beings of Marxism, follows the theory of career planning, and draws lessons from the learning theory of constructivism. Adapts to the graduate student's study stage characteristic, the performance profession plan and the independent study relations. There is also a practical basis, that is, the integration of agricultural graduate professional planning into autonomous learning makes graduate students' goals clear, self-awareness clear, object subject, content specific, function socialization, ways diversified, and the effect more ideal. Therefore, this paper analyzes the present situation of the integration of professional planning into autonomous learning for agricultural graduate students, which is helpful for agricultural graduate students to improve their comprehensive quality and scientific research ability, and to help the school. Tutors and so on provide corresponding education and service for the students, and then provide more agricultural science and technology talents for the country, and do their utmost for the social and economic development. The main body of this paper is divided into five parts: the first part, introduction, introduces the research background, the theoretical value and practical significance of the study, and at the same time briefly combs the domestic and foreign literature related to this study. In the second part, the related concepts and related theories are expounded and combed. The third part, empirical research. A questionnaire survey and interviews were conducted among 300 graduate students from three agricultural colleges and two non-agricultural colleges in China to obtain the required data. On the basis of the analysis of these data, the professional planning and autonomous learning of agricultural and non-agricultural graduate students are compared and analyzed. According to the content of career planning, this paper mainly investigates and analyzes the five aspects of individual, goal, learning content, feedback correction, subjective and objective environment, and then sums up and summarizes the characteristics of integration of professional planning of agricultural master degree into autonomous learning. The fourth part, summarizes the investigation result. Combined with the influencing factors of career planning, this paper discusses the problems existing in the integration of professional planning into autonomous learning from five aspects. The fifth part, the solution strategy. On the basis of the first four chapters, this paper puts forward the feasible countermeasures to improve the integration of the professional planning of agricultural master students into autonomous learning.
