【摘要】：認(rèn)為學(xué)位點(diǎn)由僅僅是一種資格和能力被逐步放大成為學(xué)校發(fā)展的一種重要資源。從而形成了以學(xué)位點(diǎn)為競(jìng)爭(zhēng)對(duì)象的學(xué)位點(diǎn)市場(chǎng)。分析了學(xué)位點(diǎn)市場(chǎng)由封閉向開放轉(zhuǎn)變過程中學(xué)位點(diǎn)審核制度的變遷,產(chǎn)生了純學(xué)術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的行政主導(dǎo)制、學(xué)術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)導(dǎo)向的市場(chǎng)配額制、市場(chǎng)需求導(dǎo)向的學(xué)術(shù)準(zhǔn)入制等審核模式;論證了市場(chǎng)需求導(dǎo)向的學(xué)術(shù)準(zhǔn)入制模式應(yīng)該成為未來學(xué)位點(diǎn)審核制度的發(fā)展方向。
[Abstract]:It is considered that the degree is only a kind of qualification and ability being gradually enlarged as an important resource for the development of the school. Therefore, the market of degree points is formed with the competition of degree points as the object of competition. This paper analyzes the changes of the audit system of academic degree points in the course of the transformation from closed to open market, and produces the audit models of pure academic standard administrative leading system, academic standard oriented market quota system, market demand-oriented academic access system, etc. It is demonstrated that the market-oriented academic access system should be the development direction of the degree audit system in the future.
