【摘要】： 創(chuàng)新是一個(gè)民族的靈魂,是國家興旺發(fā)達(dá)的不竭動(dòng)力,而研究生則是創(chuàng)新主體的重要來源和組成部分,如何提高研究生的創(chuàng)新能力是時(shí)代對研究生培養(yǎng)提出的新的要求。研究生招生則是研究生培養(yǎng)的“入口關(guān)”,所以本文從研究生招生制度入手,分析現(xiàn)行研究生招生制度對研究生創(chuàng)新能力的影響,并做個(gè)案調(diào)查研究,探析原因,做相應(yīng)對策探討。 本論文遵循發(fā)現(xiàn)問題——分析問題——對策研究這一基本的思路展開,論文共包含四部分。首先,通過文獻(xiàn)研究的方法,查閱與本論文相關(guān)的研究,明晰研究現(xiàn)狀,掌握核心概念。其次通過綜合分析法,從招生目的、招生對象、考核方式和招生錄取四個(gè)方面分析研究生招生制度對研究生創(chuàng)新能力的研究。再次,以A大學(xué)作個(gè)案,調(diào)查分析A大學(xué)的招生狀況和研究生創(chuàng)新能力的現(xiàn)狀,通過相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)分析,明晰影響研究生創(chuàng)新能力的招生制度因子。最后根據(jù)調(diào)查結(jié)論,提出注重入學(xué)動(dòng)機(jī)的考察,理順高校培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)、改革考核方式、堅(jiān)持綜合評(píng)價(jià)的錄取標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和完善多元化招生制度等措施,以優(yōu)化研究生招生制度,為國家選拔更多的創(chuàng)新人才。
[Abstract]:Innovation is the soul of a nation and an inexhaustible motive force for the prosperity of a country, and graduate students are an important source and component of the main body of innovation. How to improve the innovative ability of graduate students is a new requirement of the times for the cultivation of graduate students. Graduate enrollment is the "entrance gate" of graduate student training, so this paper starts with the graduate student enrollment system, analyzes the influence of the current graduate enrollment system on graduate students' innovation ability, and makes a case study to explore the reasons. The corresponding countermeasures are discussed. This paper follows the basic idea of problem discovery-analysis problem-game research, which consists of four parts. First of all, through the method of literature research, referring to the research related to this paper, clear the research status, master the core concepts. Secondly, through the comprehensive analysis, this paper analyzes the graduate students' innovative ability from four aspects: the purpose of enrollment, the object of enrollment, the way of examination and the admission of students. Thirdly, taking A University as a case, this paper investigates and analyzes the current situation of enrollment and innovation ability of postgraduates in A University, and clarifies the factors of enrollment system that affect the innovative ability of postgraduates through the analysis of relevant data. Finally, according to the conclusion of the investigation, the author puts forward some measures to optimize the graduate enrollment system, such as paying attention to the investigation of entrance motivation, straightening out the training objectives of colleges and universities, reforming the examination method, insisting on the admission standard of comprehensive evaluation and perfecting the pluralistic enrollment system.
