高校研究生素質(zhì)教育評估系統(tǒng)研究

【摘要】: 隨著世界高等教育事業(yè)的全面發(fā)展,高等教育已從社會的邊緣走向了社會的中心。在高等教育規(guī)模不斷擴(kuò)大的背景下,如何保障和提高高等教育的辦學(xué)質(zhì)量成為各國高等教育界和社會各界普遍關(guān)注的問題。高等教育評估作為一種手段,受到各國政府和社會的普遍重視。研究生教育質(zhì)量評估是高等教育評估的主要內(nèi)容之一。研究生素質(zhì)教育是研究生教育的重要內(nèi)容,也是提高研究生教育質(zhì)量的重要環(huán)節(jié),已受到教育界和社會各界的廣泛關(guān)注。高等院校作為研究生教育的重要陣地,是研究生素質(zhì)教育培養(yǎng)的主要渠道,高校研究生素質(zhì)教育水平的高低,將直接影響和決定著未來競爭過程中的輸贏和最終的勝負(fù),也將決定著我國在新世紀(jì)的前途與地位。 本文以高校作為研究對象,在對高校研究生素質(zhì)教育存在的問題和原因分析的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了加強(qiáng)高校研究生素質(zhì)教育培養(yǎng)的對策;通過對高校研究生素質(zhì)教育的培養(yǎng)條件、培養(yǎng)過程和培養(yǎng)結(jié)果進(jìn)行分析和研究,建立了一套針對高校研究生素質(zhì)教育的評估指標(biāo)體系,并采用層次分析法和改進(jìn)的灰關(guān)聯(lián)分析法對大連地區(qū)五所高校的研究生素質(zhì)教育水平進(jìn)行了評估。初步分析和計(jì)算實(shí)例表明,該評估指標(biāo)體系和評估方法是適用和可靠的,可以較好地對高校的研究生素質(zhì)教育水平做出評判。通過評估,對認(rèn)真實(shí)施素質(zhì)教育并卓有成效的高等院校給予肯定,對墨守成規(guī)、不能有效開展素質(zhì)教育的高校進(jìn)行整頓,有利于各高校間研究生素質(zhì)教育經(jīng)驗(yàn)的相互交流、學(xué)習(xí)和借鑒,對保障研究生素質(zhì)教育的全面推進(jìn)起到促進(jìn)作用。
[Abstract]:With the overall development of higher education in the world, higher education has moved from the edge of society to the center of society. Under the background of expanding the scale of higher education, how to guarantee and improve the quality of higher education has become a common concern of the higher education circles and all walks of life in various countries. As a means, the evaluation of higher education is paid more and more attention by the governments and the society. The evaluation of graduate education quality is one of the main contents of higher education evaluation. Graduate quality education is an important part of graduate education and an important link to improve the quality of graduate education. As an important position of graduate education, colleges and universities are the main channels for the cultivation of graduate quality education. The level of quality education of graduate students in colleges and universities will directly affect and determine the winning and losing of the future competition process and the final victory or defeat. It will also determine the future and status of our country in the new century. Based on the analysis of the problems and causes of the quality education of university graduate students, this paper puts forward the countermeasures to strengthen the cultivation of the quality education of graduate students in colleges and universities, and the cultivation conditions of the quality education of graduate students in colleges and universities. Based on the analysis and research of the training process and the training results, a set of evaluation index system for the quality education of graduate students in colleges and universities has been established. The level of quality education of graduate students in five universities in Dalian is evaluated by AHP and improved grey relational analysis. The preliminary analysis and calculation examples show that the evaluation index system and evaluation method are applicable and reliable and can be used to judge the quality education level of graduate students in colleges and universities. Through evaluation, the quality education and effective colleges and universities should be affirmed and rectified, which can not carry out the quality education effectively, which is beneficial to the exchange of the experience of the quality education among the graduate students among the colleges and universities. Study and use for reference, to ensure graduate quality education to promote the promotion of all-round.
