【摘要】：正研究生教育處于我國國民教育體系的最頂端,是科技第一生產(chǎn)力、人才第一資源和創(chuàng)新第一動力的匯聚點,是培養(yǎng)各行業(yè)高層次、創(chuàng)新型人才的主體,是實施創(chuàng)新驅動發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略和建設現(xiàn)代化國家的核心要素�！吨圃鞓I(yè)人才發(fā)展規(guī)劃指南》明確提出,要打造高素質專業(yè)技術人才隊伍,加快培育創(chuàng)新型技術領軍人才,提升工程技術人才培養(yǎng)能力,加強復合型人才培養(yǎng)。為此,需要深化與制造業(yè)相關的工程領域研究生教育綜合改革,創(chuàng)新人才培養(yǎng)模式,推進產(chǎn)學結合,加快培養(yǎng)高層
[Abstract]:The graduate education is at the top of the national education system of our country. It is the gathering point of the first productive force of science and technology, the first resource of talents and the first motive force of innovation. It is the main body of cultivating high-level and innovative talents in various industries. It is the core element of implementing the strategy of innovation-driven development and building a modern country. The Guide to the Development of talents for Manufacturing Industry clearly states that it is necessary to build a contingent of highly qualified professional and technical personnel and to speed up the cultivation of innovative technological leaders. Enhance the engineering and technical personnel training ability, strengthen the compound talent training. Therefore, it is necessary to deepen the comprehensive reform of graduate education in engineering fields related to the manufacturing industry, to innovate the training mode of talents, to promote the combination of production and learning, and to speed up the training of senior levels.
