【摘要】：正人才培養(yǎng)模式是教育質量的首要問題[1],深化人才培養(yǎng)模式改革是提高教育質量的關鍵[2]。為了提高醫(yī)學人才培養(yǎng)質量,加快醫(yī)學人才培養(yǎng)模式改革,教育部、衛(wèi)生部等部門達成共識開展臨床醫(yī)學"5+3"人才培養(yǎng)模式改革,建立醫(yī)教協(xié)同機制,促進臨床醫(yī)學專業(yè)學位研究生培養(yǎng)與住院醫(yī)師規(guī)范化培訓制度的銜接。本校2012年經省衛(wèi)生廳批準率先在四川省開展住院醫(yī)師規(guī)范化培訓與臨床醫(yī)學專業(yè)學位研究生培養(yǎng)銜接試點工作,
[Abstract]:The training mode of regular talents is the primary problem of educational quality [1], and deepening the reform of talent training mode is the key to improve the quality of education [2]. In order to improve the quality of medical personnel training and speed up the reform of medical talents training mode, the Ministry of Education and Ministry of Health and other departments reached a consensus to carry out the reform of clinical medicine "53" personnel training model and to establish a medical and educational coordination mechanism. To promote the link between the postgraduate training of clinical medicine degree and the standardized training system for resident doctors. In 2012, our school was approved by the provincial health department to take the lead in carrying out the pilot work of linking up the standardized training of resident physicians with the cultivation of postgraduate students in clinical medicine in Sichuan Province.
