【摘要】：對軌道交通行業(yè)拔尖創(chuàng)新人才的培養(yǎng)目標進行了定位,進而介紹了搭建拔尖人才培養(yǎng)特區(qū)的實踐,如,制訂個性化培養(yǎng)方案,在科研實戰(zhàn)中培養(yǎng)拔尖人才,以實質(zhì)合作提升教育國際化水平等,說明了拔尖人才的培養(yǎng)效果并指出了存在的問題與改進方向。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the training target of the top creative talents in the rail transit industry is positioned, and the practice of building the special zone for training the top talents is introduced. For example, the individualized training plan is drawn up, and the top talents are trained in the scientific research practice. This paper expounds the training effect of the top talents and points out the existing problems and the direction of improvement.
