新聞傳播類碩士研究生教育的危機與轉機——關于變革國內研究生人才培養(yǎng)模式的深層思考

【摘要】：本文針對國內碩士研究生人才教育存在的突出問題,探討新聞學類碩士研究生培養(yǎng)模式改革創(chuàng)新之路。本文通過對現(xiàn)行學術型人才為導向的碩士生培養(yǎng)模式的反思,指出新聞傳播學科實踐性強的特點及社會對人才的基本需求,決定了新聞學類碩士生人才培養(yǎng)目標定位理應以高層次應用型人才為主、學術型人才為輔。在碩士研究生教育規(guī)模不斷擴大、數(shù)量急劇膨脹的現(xiàn)實語境中,應根據(jù)大多數(shù)學生的成才取向和就業(yè)意愿,糾正以往培養(yǎng)模式重理論輕實務的偏差,調整目標定位,創(chuàng)新培養(yǎng)方式,對教學內容、教學方法、評價體系和考核標準進行變革,應以實務課和實踐環(huán)節(jié)的教學為突破口,強化學生的專業(yè)素養(yǎng)和實踐能力,通過走出去請進來的聯(lián)合培養(yǎng)方式,把高層次應用型人才培養(yǎng)模式的改革創(chuàng)新舉措落到實處。
[Abstract]:In view of the outstanding problems in the education of Master graduate students in China, this paper probes into the way of innovation and innovation of the training mode of the graduate students of the science of journalism. Through the reflection on the training mode of the present academic talents, this paper points out the characteristics of the strong practicality of the subject of news communication and the basic needs of the society for the talents. The target orientation of the graduate students in journalism should be based on high level applied talents and academic talents as a supplement. In the realistic context of the continuous expansion of the master's degree of graduate education and the rapid expansion of the number of students, the deviation of the former training mode and the light practice should be corrected according to the orientation and the employment intention of the majority of the students. It should take the teaching content, the teaching method, the evaluation system and the assessment standard to change the orientation of the whole target, the teaching method, the evaluation system and the assessment standard. We should take the teaching of practice and practice as the breakthrough, strengthen the students' professional accomplishment and practical ability, and innovate the mode of the high level applied talents training through the coming out. The move came true.
