【摘要】：美國職業(yè)博士學(xué)位的設(shè)立和發(fā)展源于美國高等教育為市場需求服務(wù)的宗旨,是美國高等教育傳統(tǒng)中的價值核心,其動力是市場經(jīng)濟(jì)條件下市場的信息傳遞功能、資源配置功能、經(jīng)濟(jì)聯(lián)系功能、利益分配功能和社會服務(wù)功能;美國職業(yè)博士學(xué)位力求解決學(xué)有所為和事有人為的雙重市場壓力。美國職業(yè)博士學(xué)位是對職業(yè)性博士培養(yǎng)體系和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的認(rèn)可形式,從根本上決定了培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)、方法和效果的合法性;它的學(xué)位設(shè)立服從于人力資源市場調(diào)節(jié)的供求機(jī)制和人力資源市場的運(yùn)行機(jī)制;是美國高等教育體系與市場運(yùn)行的基本平衡協(xié)調(diào)和高等教育體系與美國職業(yè)準(zhǔn)入機(jī)制的協(xié)調(diào)。借鑒美國職業(yè)博士學(xué)位制度,建立中國職業(yè)博士的社會運(yùn)行體系,發(fā)展中國職業(yè)博士專業(yè)教育和專業(yè)訓(xùn)練,進(jìn)而滿足國內(nèi)高層次人才學(xué)有所為的需要,是我國高等教育學(xué)位建設(shè)亟待解決的問題。
[Abstract]:The establishment and development of American professional doctorate degree originates from the tenet that American higher education serves the market demand and is the core of value in the tradition of American higher education. Its motive force is the function of market information transmission and resource allocation under the condition of market economy. Economic connection function, benefit distribution function and social service function; American professional doctorate seeks to solve the double market pressure of doing something and doing things. American professional doctorate degree is the recognition form of professional doctor training system and standard, which fundamentally determines the legitimacy of training goal, method and effect. The establishment of degree is based on the supply and demand mechanism of human resource market and the operation mechanism of human resource market. It is the basic balance between American higher education system and market operation and the coordination between higher education system and American occupation access mechanism. Draw lessons from the American system of professional doctorate, establish the social operation system of Chinese vocational doctor, develop professional education and training of professional doctor in China, and then meet the needs of high level talents in China. It is an urgent problem to solve in the construction of higher education degree in our country.
