專業(yè)學(xué)位研究生教育“雙導(dǎo)師制”研究

【摘要】:專業(yè)學(xué)位研究生教育主要是為國家和社會培養(yǎng)一批高層次應(yīng)用型人才,高層次應(yīng)用型人才不僅要有一定的理論水平和科研能力,且應(yīng)具備較強(qiáng)的實(shí)踐能力。專業(yè)學(xué)位的人才培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)和要求決定了實(shí)踐在培養(yǎng)中的重要性,在專業(yè)學(xué)位研究生培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量的若干因素中,導(dǎo)師隊(duì)伍的質(zhì)量和整體水平起著決定性的作用,因此“雙導(dǎo)師制”的引入具有其必要性與科學(xué)性。2009年,教育部下發(fā)了《關(guān)于做好全日制碩士專業(yè)學(xué)位研究生培養(yǎng)工作的若干意見》文件,文件指出:改革創(chuàng)新研究生教育的培養(yǎng)模式,加大對專業(yè)學(xué)位研究生教育的培養(yǎng)力度,廣泛吸引社會各界的資源,建立健全“雙導(dǎo)師制”,聯(lián)合校內(nèi)外導(dǎo)師一起培養(yǎng)研究生。自文件下發(fā)之后,全國各個(gè)高校廣泛實(shí)施“雙導(dǎo)師制”。本文主要運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)分析法、調(diào)查研究法對專業(yè)學(xué)位研究生教育“雙導(dǎo)師制”的有關(guān)文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行分析歸納、對X大學(xué)法律碩士“雙導(dǎo)師制”實(shí)施的現(xiàn)狀、存在的問題進(jìn)行分析,在此基礎(chǔ)上提出了對策。本文主要包括五個(gè)部分:緒論部分,闡述了研究背景、研究意義、核心概念和研究方法,并以“雙導(dǎo)師制”內(nèi)涵、“雙導(dǎo)師制”實(shí)施存在的問題以及對策為主題對相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行梳理、總結(jié)。第一部分是研究生教育“雙導(dǎo)師制”的產(chǎn)生和發(fā)展,主要討論了“雙導(dǎo)師制”的產(chǎn)生背景、教育行政部門引導(dǎo)和推動“雙導(dǎo)師制”實(shí)施、研究生培養(yǎng)單位推動“雙導(dǎo)師制”的實(shí)踐等問題。第二部分是專業(yè)學(xué)位研究生教育實(shí)施“雙導(dǎo)師制”必要性分析,分析了專業(yè)學(xué)位研究生教育的獨(dú)特性以及專業(yè)學(xué)位研究生教育推行“雙導(dǎo)師制”的意義。其中,專業(yè)學(xué)位研究生教育的獨(dú)特性主要包括:培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)的獨(dú)特性、教學(xué)方式的獨(dú)特性、考核評價(jià)方式的獨(dú)特性;專業(yè)學(xué)位研究生教育推行“雙導(dǎo)師制”的意義主要體現(xiàn)在四個(gè)方面:有利于專業(yè)學(xué)位研究生實(shí)踐能力的培養(yǎng)、有助于緩解高校教師資源缺乏的壓力、有利于提高導(dǎo)師隊(duì)伍的整體素質(zhì)、有利于拓寬專業(yè)學(xué)位研究生的就業(yè)渠道。第三部分是合作理論之于專業(yè)學(xué)位研究生教育“雙導(dǎo)師制”,闡述了合作理論的內(nèi)涵和特征,主要包括:目的性、平等性和創(chuàng)新性;并指出“雙導(dǎo)師制”的有效實(shí)施關(guān)鍵在于雙方之間的有效合作。第四部分是以X大學(xué)法律碩士為例,綜合運(yùn)用問卷法、訪談法以及實(shí)地考察對X大學(xué)法律碩士“雙導(dǎo)師制”實(shí)施的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行深度調(diào)查,通過對問卷深入分析,針對數(shù)據(jù)反映的情況提出存在的問題,并對存在問題的原因進(jìn)行歸納分析。第五部分是完善“雙導(dǎo)師制”的對策。在分析現(xiàn)狀、問題的基礎(chǔ)上提出對X大學(xué)法律碩士“雙導(dǎo)師制”的完善對策。主要包括:完善校內(nèi)導(dǎo)師與校外導(dǎo)師的合作機(jī)制、建立和完善校內(nèi)導(dǎo)師與校外導(dǎo)師溝通的平臺、激發(fā)校外導(dǎo)師合作的積極性、明晰校內(nèi)外導(dǎo)師的職責(zé)、加強(qiáng)對導(dǎo)師的培訓(xùn)、健全雙導(dǎo)師考核評價(jià)機(jī)制。
[Abstract]:Professional degree graduate education is mainly to train a group of high-level applied talents for the country and the society. The high-level applied talents should not only have certain theoretical level and scientific research ability, but also have strong practical ability. The training goal and requirement of professional degree determine the importance of practice in training. The quality and overall level of tutors play a decisive role in the training quality of professional degree graduate students. Therefore, the introduction of "double tutoring system" is necessary and scientific. In 2009, the Ministry of Education issued some opinions on the cultivation of full-time graduate students with master's degrees. The paper points out: reforming and innovating the training mode of postgraduate education, strengthening the training of professional graduate education, attracting resources from all walks of life, establishing and perfecting the "double tutor system", and training graduate students together with the tutors in and out of the university. Since the issuance of documents, colleges and universities across the country widely implemented the "double-tutor system." This article mainly uses the literature analysis method, the investigation research method carries on the analysis to the specialized degree graduate student education "double tutor system" the related literature analysis, to X university law master's "double tutor system" the present situation, the existence question carries on the analysis. On this basis, the countermeasures are put forward. This paper mainly includes five parts: the introduction part, elaborated the research background, the research significance, the core concept and the research method, and "double tutor system" the connotation, The problems and countermeasures in the implementation of "double tutorial system" are reviewed and summarized. The first part is the emergence and development of the "double tutor system" in graduate education. It mainly discusses the background of the "double tutor system", and the administrative department of education guides and promotes the implementation of the "double tutor system". The practice of promoting the "double tutor system" in graduate training units. The second part is the analysis of the necessity of implementing the "double tutor system" in professional degree graduate education, and analyzes the uniqueness of the professional degree graduate education and the significance of carrying out the "double tutor system" in the professional degree graduate education. Among them, the uniqueness of graduate education of professional degree mainly includes: the uniqueness of training goal, the uniqueness of teaching method, the uniqueness of examination and evaluation method; The significance of carrying out the "double tutoring system" in professional degree graduate education is mainly reflected in four aspects: it is beneficial to the cultivation of practical ability of professional degree graduate students and helps to relieve the pressure of lack of teachers' resources in colleges and universities. It is beneficial to improve the overall quality of tutors and broaden the employment channels of professional graduate students. The third part is the cooperation theory to the professional degree graduate student education "double tutors system", elaborated the cooperation theory connotation and the characteristic, mainly includes: the goal, the equality and the innovation; It also points out that the key to the effective implementation of the "double mentor system" lies in the effective cooperation between the two sides. The fourth part takes X University Master of Law as an example, synthetically applies the questionnaire method, interview method and field investigation to carry on the in-depth investigation to the X university law master's "double tutor system" implementation present situation, through the thorough analysis to the questionnaire. The existing problems are put forward in view of the data reflection, and the causes of the problems are summarized and analyzed. The fifth part is the countermeasure of perfecting the double tutor system. On the basis of analyzing the present situation and problems, the author puts forward the countermeasures to perfect the "double tutors system" for the Master of Law in X University. It mainly includes: perfecting the cooperation mechanism between internal and external mentors, establishing and perfecting the communication platform between internal and external mentors, arousing the enthusiasm of external mentors' cooperation, clarifying the responsibilities of mentors inside and outside the school, and strengthening the training of mentors. Improve the evaluation mechanism of double tutors.
