【摘要】：采用問卷法對(duì)10個(gè)高校與工程院所聯(lián)合培養(yǎng)博士生項(xiàng)目的175名博士生進(jìn)行調(diào)查,分析了兩類校所組織鄰近性、合作程度對(duì)聯(lián)培博士生社會(huì)資本的影響。結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型分析表明,制度鄰近性對(duì)博士生的高校社會(huì)資本產(chǎn)生正向直接效應(yīng),認(rèn)知鄰近性對(duì)校所雙方的合作程度、聯(lián)培博士生的高校社會(huì)資本、院所社會(huì)資本皆存在顯著的正向效應(yīng),而合作程度在認(rèn)知鄰近性與院所社會(huì)資本關(guān)系中具有中介作用。基于此,提出相應(yīng)建議和措施以推進(jìn)校所聯(lián)培項(xiàng)目的完善與發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:A questionnaire survey was conducted on 175 doctoral students in 10 universities and engineering institutes, and the influence of organizational proximity and cooperation degree on the social capital of doctoral students was analyzed. The structural equation model analysis shows that the institutional proximity has a direct and positive effect on the social capital of the doctoral students, the degree of cooperation between the two sides of the cognitive proximity and the social capital of the joint doctoral students. There is a significant positive effect on the social capital, and the degree of cooperation plays an intermediary role in the relationship between the cognitive proximity and the social capital of the institution. Based on this, this paper puts forward corresponding suggestions and measures to promote the improvement and development of the joint training project.
