新制度經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)視野下我國研究生教育制度變遷探析

【摘要】: 我國研究生教育是在模仿、借鑒西方發(fā)達(dá)國家研究生教育的基礎(chǔ)上發(fā)展起來的。取得高效率的研究生教育是投入研究生教育的終極目標(biāo),根據(jù)新制度經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)理論,“制度是最重要的資源”,一種制度對應(yīng)一種效率。教育制度也是很重要的教育資源,好的教育制度能夠提高教育效率,差的教育制度會降低教育效率。論文從我國研究生教育效率入手,切入到本文的主題——研究生教育制度。為了進(jìn)一步闡明效率——制度的對應(yīng)關(guān)系,論文第三章具體論述了研究生教育效率的內(nèi)涵及我國研究生教育效率的現(xiàn)狀,并闡述了制約我國研究生教育效率的關(guān)鍵因素——研究生教育制度及其功能。 新制度經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)的制度變遷理論為我們觀察我國研究生教育制度變遷提供了獨特視野,在這個視野下,研究生教育制度變遷成為社會政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)文化等各領(lǐng)域聯(lián)動的過程,而其本質(zhì)則是權(quán)力與利益的重新分配與調(diào)整。因此,不能離開具體的歷史文化傳統(tǒng)和現(xiàn)實背景來談?wù)撗芯可逃贫。論文第四、五、六章結(jié)合中國特有的社會經(jīng)濟(jì)政治文化環(huán)境,對我國研究生教育制度變遷進(jìn)行了具體論述。第四章借鑒楊瑞龍教授的供給主導(dǎo)型制度變遷理論,分析了我國研究生教育制度變遷的方式,從制度變遷的源泉、主體和方式歸納出我國研究生教育制度變遷的特征,然后從制度變遷的主體、方式和路徑依賴性探悉我國研究生教育制度變遷中存在的問題,最后在以上分析的基礎(chǔ)上探討我國研究生教育制度的發(fā)展趨勢。 第五章先概述制度變遷動力理論,然后通過對制度變遷動力機(jī)制的分析,結(jié)合研究生教育的特點,闡述了研究生教育制度變遷的動力機(jī)制的內(nèi)涵,接著從制度變遷的內(nèi)動力和外動力兩方面分析了我國研究生教育制度變遷動力。 第六章運用制度變遷理論中的路徑依賴?yán)碚搧矸治鑫覈芯可逃贫茸冞w的特點。路徑依賴?yán)碚撌侵贫茸冞w理論中重要組成部分,這一章先介紹路徑依賴的內(nèi)涵,接著從路徑依賴形成的原因、結(jié)果以及路徑依賴的表現(xiàn)形式、分析框架進(jìn)行具體的闡述,然后結(jié)合我國研究生教育制度變遷的具體情況分析了我國研究生教育制度變遷的路徑依賴性。
[Abstract]:Graduate education in our country is imitating, drawing lessons from the development of graduate education in western countries. Obtaining high efficiency graduate education is the ultimate goal of investing in graduate education. According to the new institutional economics theory, "institution is the most important resource", one system corresponds to one kind of efficiency. The education system is also a very important educational resource. A good education system can improve the efficiency of education, and a poor education system will reduce the efficiency of education. Starting with the efficiency of graduate education in China, the thesis cuts into the theme of this paper-graduate education system. In order to further clarify the corresponding relationship between efficiency and system, the third chapter discusses the connotation of graduate education efficiency and the current situation of graduate education efficiency in China. And elaborated our country graduate student education efficiency the key factor-graduate student education system and its function. The theory of institutional change in new institutional economics provides us with a unique vision for observing the institutional changes of graduate education in China. Under this vision, the institutional change of graduate education has become a process of interaction between social, political, economic and cultural fields. Its essence is the redistribution and adjustment of power and interests. Therefore, we can not talk about graduate education system without specific historical and cultural tradition and realistic background. In the fourth, fifth and sixth chapters, the author discusses the changes of graduate education system in China in the light of China's unique social, economic, political and cultural environment. The fourth chapter draws lessons from Professor Yang Ruilong's theory of supply-oriented institutional change, analyzes the mode of institutional change of postgraduate education in China, and sums up the characteristics of institutional change of postgraduate education in China from the source, subject and mode of institutional change. Then it explores the problems existing in the change of postgraduate education system in China from the main body, mode and path dependence of institutional change, and finally discusses the development trend of graduate education system in China on the basis of the above analysis. The fifth chapter first outlines the dynamic theory of institutional change, then through the analysis of the dynamic mechanism of institutional change, combined with the characteristics of graduate education, expounds the connotation of the dynamic mechanism of the institutional change of graduate education. Then it analyzes the dynamics of institutional change of graduate education in China from two aspects: internal and external dynamics of institutional change. The sixth chapter analyzes the characteristics of the institutional change of graduate education in China by using the path dependence theory of institutional change theory. The theory of path dependence is an important part of the theory of institutional change. This chapter first introduces the connotation of path dependence, and then explains the causes, results and forms of path dependence from the perspective of path dependence. Then it analyzes the path dependence of graduate education system vicissitude in our country.
