民族院!半p少”研究生培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量保證研究

【摘要】:伴隨高校招生規(guī)模不斷擴(kuò)大,我國高等教育進(jìn)入大眾化教育時代。尤其是2004年研究生招生擴(kuò)招后,研究生教育的培養(yǎng)人數(shù)迅速增多,在研究生數(shù)量劇增的同時研究生教育質(zhì)量受到普遍關(guān)注。 民族院校“雙少”研究生屬于我國研究生培養(yǎng)對象中的特定群體。民族高等院校卻沒有充分考慮“雙少”研究生的特點,在教學(xué)方面忽略了“雙少”研究生知識、能力相對薄弱的情況,采取與其他研究生相同的教學(xué)方式,講授相同的教學(xué)內(nèi)容。管理方面,民族高等院校也很少考慮“雙少”研究生的民族特殊性和個體差異性,管理方式實行的是統(tǒng)一管理。同時,社會和主管部門也沒有提供有力的支持和保障措施,這使得“雙少”研究生的教育質(zhì)量在一定程度上得不到保證。 本文從以上背景著手,在提出研究對象、目標(biāo)和研究思路后,采用文獻(xiàn)分析法、訪談法和問卷調(diào)查法等研究方法,通過綜述、分析、調(diào)查和整理,分別對相關(guān)概念進(jìn)行了界定,對相關(guān)研究成果進(jìn)行了綜述,運用全面質(zhì)量管理理論和內(nèi)部質(zhì)量保證理論,對“雙少”研究生在民族院校的培養(yǎng)過程進(jìn)行了全方面的探討和研究,期望得出“雙少”研究生質(zhì)量保證模式,以此來保證民族院!半p少”研究生的教育質(zhì)量。文章意義亦在于此。 對于民族院校“雙少”研究生培養(yǎng)過程中出現(xiàn)的質(zhì)量問題,本文首先通過分析問卷,找出“雙少”研究生培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量存在的問題,借助問題進(jìn)而分析在高校培養(yǎng)過程中影響“雙少”研究生培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量的因素,得出了學(xué)校物質(zhì)條件、學(xué)校課程設(shè)置與教學(xué)、學(xué)校管理、導(dǎo)師指導(dǎo)、學(xué)生自身等五大影響因素。接著詳細(xì)討論了在課程設(shè)置,課程內(nèi)容、以及教學(xué)方式等存在的問題,隨后探討了學(xué)校管理和研究生導(dǎo)師在研究生培養(yǎng)過程中的問題。最后,從“雙少”研究生自身方面存在的問題切入,分析了問題的源頭。為保證和提高“雙少”研究生培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量的對策做出相應(yīng)的研究鋪墊。文章末尾,綜合運用研究生內(nèi)部質(zhì)量保證和全面質(zhì)量管理理論對“雙少”研究生培養(yǎng)過程中出現(xiàn)的質(zhì)量問題提出了富有成效的對策和建議。從而在高校內(nèi)部的培養(yǎng)過程中形成了“學(xué)校物質(zhì)條件是保證、學(xué)校管理是前提、課程與教學(xué)是核心、導(dǎo)師指導(dǎo)是關(guān)鍵、研究生個人是根本”這樣一個提高“雙少”研究生培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量的過程保證機(jī)制。 民族院校中“雙少”研究生規(guī)模雖小,卻是我國研究生教育體系中的一個實實在在存在的部分,“雙少”研究生培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量的高低,也關(guān)系到我國高校整體研究生培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量的水平。民族院校,由于承載的教育培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)和民族地區(qū)的發(fā)展息息相關(guān),因此,民族院校“雙少”研究生在民族教育中的重要性不言而喻。希望通過對民族院!半p少”研究生質(zhì)量培養(yǎng)過程的研究,能起到相關(guān)的正面作用,促進(jìn)我國“雙少”研究生教育質(zhì)量的提升。
[Abstract]:With the expansion of college enrollment scale, China's higher education has entered the era of mass education. Especially after the enrollment expansion of graduate students in 2004, the number of postgraduate education has increased rapidly, and the quality of graduate education has been paid more and more attention at the same time. The graduate students in national colleges and universities belong to a special group of graduate students in our country. However, colleges and universities for nationalities have not fully considered the characteristics of "double less" graduate students, neglected the "double few" graduate students' knowledge in teaching, and adopted the same teaching method as other graduate students because of their relatively weak ability. Teach the same teaching content. In the aspect of management, colleges and universities for nationalities seldom consider the particularity and individual difference of the graduate students, and the mode of management is unified management. At the same time, the society and the competent department have not provided the strong support and the safeguard measure, this causes the "double small" graduate student's education quality to be unable to guarantee to some extent. From the above background, after putting forward the research object, objective and research ideas, this paper uses the methods of literature analysis, interview and questionnaire survey, and defines the related concepts by summarizing, analyzing, investigating and sorting out, respectively. This paper summarizes the related research results, applies the theory of total quality management and the theory of internal quality assurance, discusses and studies the cultivation process of "double young" graduate students in ethnic colleges and universities in all aspects. The author expects to obtain the quality assurance mode of "double little" graduate students, so as to guarantee the education quality of "double few" graduate students. This is the meaning of the article. With regard to the quality problems in the process of cultivation of the graduate students in the universities for nationalities, this paper first finds out the problems existing in the cultivation quality of the graduate students by analyzing the questionnaire. With the help of problems, this paper analyzes the factors that affect the quality of the cultivation of graduate students in colleges and universities, and concludes five influential factors, such as school material conditions, school curriculum design and teaching, school management, tutors' guidance, and students themselves. Then it discusses in detail the problems existing in curriculum setting, curriculum content and teaching methods, and then discusses the problems of school management and graduate tutor in the process of postgraduate training. Finally, the author analyzes the source of the problem from the aspects of "double-small" graduate students themselves. In order to ensure and improve the quality of graduate training of "double few" countermeasures to make the corresponding research. At the end of the article, comprehensive application of internal quality assurance and total quality management theory of graduate students has put forward effective countermeasures and suggestions for the quality problems in the process of cultivation of graduate students with "double little". As a result, in the process of internal cultivation in colleges and universities, "the material condition of the school is the guarantee, the school management is the premise, the curriculum and teaching are the core, the guidance of the tutor is the key," Individual graduate student is a process guarantee mechanism to improve the quality of graduate student training. Although the scale of "double small" graduate students in national colleges and universities is small, it is a real part of our country's graduate education system, and the "double few" graduate students' training quality is high and low. It is also related to the quality of graduate education in colleges and universities in our country. Because the education and cultivation goals carried by ethnic colleges are closely related to the development of ethnic regions, the importance of "double fewer" graduate students in ethnic education is self-evident. It is hoped that the research on the quality training process of "double few" graduate students in national colleges and universities can play a positive role in promoting the quality improvement of "double few" graduate students in our country.
