【摘要】： 大學是探求高深知識的場所，學術性是大學的本質屬性。培養(yǎng)富有創(chuàng)新精神和創(chuàng)新素質的研究生是我國研究生教育的重要目標。隨著我國研究生教育的發(fā)展，研究生培養(yǎng)質量有了明顯提高，研究生的創(chuàng)新能力也有了長足發(fā)展。但由于我國大學教育環(huán)境仍存在許多不盡人意的地方，導致研究生的創(chuàng)新能力從整體上來看還不強。創(chuàng)新型研究生培養(yǎng)的大學教育環(huán)境建設是一個新穎的論題，也是非常重要的論題，此課題的研究具有積極的理論與現(xiàn)實意義。 近年來，國內外教育界和理論界對創(chuàng)新人才的培養(yǎng)進行了大量研究和探索，積累了許多有價值的理論成果。但是，在現(xiàn)有成果中，對研究生創(chuàng)新人才培養(yǎng)的大學教育環(huán)境進行專題研討的比較少，，也不夠系統(tǒng)�；诖�，本研究試圖從我國國情出發(fā)，立足于時代特征和社會發(fā)展的高度，通過對大學教育環(huán)境的構成及特性的分析，結合知識經濟條件下高等教育改革與發(fā)展的實際，對創(chuàng)新型研究生培養(yǎng)的大學教育環(huán)境構成、影響及建設進行探討。 本研究分別從大學教育環(huán)境的校園物質環(huán)境、學術研究管理制度環(huán)境和校園精神環(huán)境三個維度入手，分析大學教育環(huán)境建設的意義及其現(xiàn)存問題，并針對問題采取措施，提出了建設有利于我國培養(yǎng)創(chuàng)新型研究生的大學教育環(huán)境的幾點構想。
[Abstract]:The university is the place to seek advanced knowledge, the academic nature is the essential attribute of the university. It is the important goal of our country's graduate student education to cultivate the graduate student who is full of innovation spirit and innovative quality. With the development of our country's graduate student education, The quality of graduate education has been obviously improved, and the innovative ability of graduate students has also been greatly developed. However, there are still many unsatisfactory places in our country's university education environment. The innovative ability of graduate students is not strong on the whole. The construction of university educational environment for innovative graduate training is a novel topic and also a very important topic. The research on this topic has positive theoretical and practical significance. In recent years, many researches and explorations have been carried out on the cultivation of innovative talents in the field of education and theory at home and abroad, and many valuable theoretical achievements have been accumulated. There are fewer and less systematic studies on the university educational environment for the cultivation of innovative postgraduates. Based on this, this study attempts to base itself on the characteristics of the times and the height of social development from the point of view of the national conditions of our country. Based on the analysis of the constitution and characteristics of the university educational environment and the reality of the reform and development of higher education under the condition of knowledge economy, this paper probes into the constitution, influence and construction of the university educational environment of the innovative postgraduate training. This research starts with the three dimensions of campus material environment, academic research management system environment and campus spiritual environment of the university education environment, analyzes the significance of the university education environment construction and its existing problems, and takes measures to solve the problems. This paper puts forward some ideas of constructing the university education environment conducive to the cultivation of innovative graduate students in our country.
