【摘要】：目的:為完善工業(yè)藥學(xué)領(lǐng)域藥學(xué)碩士專業(yè)學(xué)位研究生課程體系提供參考。方法:采用比較研究法分析了國(guó)內(nèi)9所"985"高等院校工業(yè)藥學(xué)領(lǐng)域藥學(xué)碩士專業(yè)學(xué)位研究生課程體系現(xiàn)狀,在此基礎(chǔ)上對(duì)我校藥學(xué)院工業(yè)藥學(xué)領(lǐng)域藥學(xué)碩士專業(yè)學(xué)位研究生課程體系的改革思路及措施進(jìn)行總結(jié)和闡述。結(jié)果與結(jié)論:工業(yè)藥學(xué)領(lǐng)域藥學(xué)碩士專業(yè)學(xué)位研究生課程體系方面,存在部分高等院校課程體系定位不明確、課程多與藥學(xué)學(xué)術(shù)型碩士研究生或制藥工程碩士研究生趨同、職業(yè)培訓(xùn)知識(shí)課程有名無實(shí)以及缺乏實(shí)踐性課程等問題。我校藥學(xué)院以努力實(shí)現(xiàn)工業(yè)藥學(xué)領(lǐng)域藥學(xué)碩士專業(yè)學(xué)位研究生課程體系的獨(dú)立性和實(shí)踐性為主要思路進(jìn)行課程體系改革探索,重新定位了區(qū)別于藥學(xué)學(xué)術(shù)型碩士研究生的培養(yǎng)目標(biāo);本著"充分合理利用現(xiàn)有課程"的原則梳理了現(xiàn)有課程;增加了職業(yè)培訓(xùn)知識(shí)課程和實(shí)踐性課程;創(chuàng)新了教學(xué)方法。經(jīng)過改革,該專業(yè)研究生畢業(yè)時(shí)的就業(yè)率逐年提高。
[Abstract]:Objective: to improve the industrial pharmaceutical research pharmacy master curriculum system for reference. Methods: analysis of the 9 "985" colleges of industrial pharmaceutical research pharmacy master course system status through a comparative study, and reform measures on the basis of the College of pharmacy pharmaceutical research institute of industrial pharmacy master curriculum system are summarized and discussed. Results and conclusion: the industrial pharmaceutical research pharmacy master curriculum system, some colleges and universities curriculum system positioning is not clear, many courses and pharmaceutical academic graduate or graduate students of pharmaceutical engineering occupation training courses in convergence, and lack of knowledge the practice of the course. My school school of medicine in an effort to realize the industrial pharmaceutical research pharmacy master course body Independent and practical system as the main ideas for curriculum reform, re positioning is different from the pharmacy graduate academic training objectives; the spirit of "the principle of combing the full and rational use of the existing curriculum" existing courses; increase the occupation training courses and practical courses; teaching methods. Through the reform and innovation the professional, graduate employment rate increased year by year.
