【摘要】:圖書(shū)情報(bào)專(zhuān)業(yè)碩士學(xué)位教育的開(kāi)展,將給我國(guó)圖書(shū)情報(bào)高級(jí)人才培養(yǎng)帶來(lái)新的挑戰(zhàn),包括:如何堅(jiān)持學(xué)位教育的"職業(yè)性與學(xué)術(shù)性的統(tǒng)一";如何引導(dǎo)學(xué)生合理定位;如何滿(mǎn)足用人單位、社會(huì)群體、學(xué)生個(gè)人各方的多元價(jià)值期待;如何避免"穿新鞋,走老路"。本文論述了學(xué)位教育學(xué)術(shù)性和專(zhuān)業(yè)性的內(nèi)涵與區(qū)別,探索了兩者在培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)、課程設(shè)置、教學(xué)方式、學(xué)位論文和師資隊(duì)伍方面的區(qū)別,強(qiáng)調(diào)管理的作用。呼吁在推進(jìn)專(zhuān)業(yè)碩士學(xué)位的同時(shí),注意處理好兩者的關(guān)系。
[Abstract]:The development of master's degree education in library and information major will bring new challenges to the cultivation of senior talents of library and information in our country, including: how to insist on the unity of professional and academic nature of degree education, how to guide students' reasonable orientation; How to meet the diverse value expectations of employers, social groups and students, and how to avoid "wearing new shoes and walking the old way". This paper discusses the connotation and difference between academic and professional degree education, and explores the training goals of both. The differences in curriculum, teaching methods, dissertations and teaching staff emphasize the role of management, and call for attention to be paid to the relationship between the two while promoting the professional master's degree.
