【摘要】：目前,我國高校研究生培養(yǎng)與管理模式多種多樣,有些已經(jīng)不適應(yīng)實(shí)際需要,不利于研究生培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量的提高。積極探索研究生、管理者和導(dǎo)師"三位一體"的培養(yǎng)與管理融合新模式,將有效調(diào)動三者的積極性,激發(fā)研究生的潛能,提升研究生的綜合素質(zhì)。
[Abstract]:At present, there are a variety of graduate training and management models in Chinese universities, some of which are not suited to the actual needs and are not conducive to the improvement of graduate training quality. The new mode of "trinity" cultivation and management integration of managers and mentors will effectively arouse the enthusiasm of the three students, stimulate the potential of graduate students, and promote the comprehensive quality of graduate students.
