全日制碩士專業(yè)學(xué)位研究生實(shí)習(xí)體驗(yàn)質(zhì)性研究

【摘要】:2009年以來(lái),我國(guó)招收全日制專業(yè)學(xué)位研究生的力度不斷加大。隨著招生規(guī)模的迅速擴(kuò)張,如何確保全日制專業(yè)學(xué)位研究生教育質(zhì)量成為了一個(gè)重要的議題。專業(yè)實(shí)踐是全日制專業(yè)學(xué)位研究生教育重要的教學(xué)環(huán)節(jié),充分的、高質(zhì)量的專業(yè)實(shí)踐是專業(yè)學(xué)位培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量的重要保證。現(xiàn)有關(guān)于全日制碩士專業(yè)學(xué)位研究生專業(yè)實(shí)踐的研究對(duì)于學(xué)生在此過(guò)程中的行為和在此基礎(chǔ)上得到的感悟關(guān)注較少。為此,本研究采用質(zhì)的研究方法探索性地從專業(yè)知識(shí)、職業(yè)技能、組織角色、企業(yè)文化、人際交往、行業(yè)發(fā)展、職業(yè)選擇以及職業(yè)信念8個(gè)維度呈現(xiàn)了B大學(xué)G學(xué)院1O位電子與通信工程專業(yè)全日制碩士專業(yè)學(xué)位研究生的實(shí)習(xí)體驗(yàn),并從課程與教學(xué)、實(shí)習(xí)指導(dǎo)以及學(xué)校與實(shí)習(xí)單位間的合作三方面分析了該校在學(xué)生實(shí)習(xí)方面做出的安排,最終討論了實(shí)習(xí)的價(jià)值。 研究發(fā)現(xiàn),全日制碩士專業(yè)學(xué)位研究生在實(shí)習(xí)期間學(xué)習(xí)、運(yùn)用了專業(yè)知識(shí),掌握了職業(yè)技能,掌握了與同事溝通的內(nèi)容和方式,逐漸適應(yīng)了組織角色,對(duì)企業(yè)文化形成了自己的認(rèn)識(shí),更加深入地了解了行業(yè)發(fā)展情況。在實(shí)習(xí)過(guò)程中,學(xué)生們逐漸確定了自己今后希望從事的職業(yè),并找到了投身這一職業(yè)的動(dòng)力之源。從學(xué)校角度而言,B大學(xué)在課程與教學(xué)方面并未體現(xiàn)出對(duì)實(shí)踐的重視。在學(xué)生實(shí)習(xí)期間,B大學(xué)與學(xué)生實(shí)習(xí)單位缺乏合作,主要通過(guò)導(dǎo)師、論壇兩種途徑指導(dǎo)學(xué)生實(shí)習(xí)。綜合分析上述信息后,本研究認(rèn)為實(shí)習(xí)有助于提高學(xué)生的就業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,但其實(shí)現(xiàn)學(xué)校培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)的功能有限,學(xué)生在實(shí)習(xí)過(guò)程中主要面臨著“雙導(dǎo)師制”未得到落實(shí)、學(xué)校與企業(yè)各自為營(yíng)兩方面問(wèn)題。為進(jìn)一步提高實(shí)習(xí)的價(jià)值,本研究建議B大學(xué)今后在全日制碩士專業(yè)學(xué)位研究生培養(yǎng)過(guò)程中注重課程設(shè)置及教學(xué)與實(shí)習(xí)間的銜接,切實(shí)實(shí)施“雙導(dǎo)師制”,加強(qiáng)學(xué)校與學(xué)生實(shí)習(xí)單位間的合作。
[Abstract]:Since 2009, the enrollment of full-time professional graduate students in China has been increasing. With the rapid expansion of enrollment scale, How to ensure the quality of full-time professional degree graduate education has become an important issue. Professional practice is an important teaching link in full-time professional degree graduate education. High quality professional practice is an important guarantee for the quality of professional degree training. The existing research on professional practice of full-time graduate students with master's degree pays less attention to the behavior of students in this process and the perception on the basis of it. This study uses qualitative research methods from professional knowledge, vocational skills, organizational role, corporate culture, interpersonal communication, industry development, The eight dimensions of career choice and career belief present the internship experience of 10 full-time graduate students majoring in electronics and communications engineering in G College of B University, and from the perspective of curriculum and teaching. The practice guidance and the cooperation between the school and the practice unit are analyzed in this paper. Finally, the value of the practice is discussed. The study found that full-time graduate students with master's degree applied their professional knowledge, mastered vocational skills, mastered the contents and ways of communicating with their colleagues, and gradually adapted to the role of the organization. They have formed their own understanding of corporate culture and have gained a deeper understanding of the development of the industry. During the internship process, students have gradually identified the careers they wish to engage in in the future. From the school point of view, University B has not shown the importance of practice in curriculum and teaching. During the period of student practice, there is a lack of cooperation between B University and student internships, mainly through mentors. After analyzing the above information synthetically, this study thinks that the practice is helpful to improve the students' employment competitiveness, but its function to achieve the goal of school cultivation is limited. In the process of practice, students are mainly faced with the problem of "double tutors system" not being implemented, and the schools and enterprises have their own problems in two aspects, in order to further improve the value of practice, This study suggests that B University should pay attention to the course arrangement and the connection between teaching and practice in the process of cultivating full-time graduate students of master's degree in the future, implement the "double tutor system" and strengthen the cooperation between the school and the student practice unit.
