【摘要】:隨著知識經(jīng)濟(jì)時代的到來,全球化競爭加劇,社會對勞動者的素質(zhì)要求越來越高,越來越多的社會職業(yè)開始向?qū)I(yè)化的行列邁進(jìn)。設(shè)置專業(yè)學(xué)位,發(fā)展碩士專業(yè)學(xué)位研究生教育,是培養(yǎng)社會發(fā)展所需要的高層次應(yīng)用型專門人才的一種有效途徑,也越來越受到各國重視。日本在21世紀(jì)知識技術(shù)更新,國內(nèi)高層次專業(yè)人才短缺等背景下,受美國專業(yè)學(xué)位研究生院的影響,進(jìn)行了高等教育改革,發(fā)展碩士專業(yè)學(xué)位研究生教育。探究同為亞洲國家的日本碩士專業(yè)學(xué)位研究生教育,審視自身發(fā)展?fàn)顩r,是我國碩士專業(yè)學(xué)位研究生教育健康發(fā)展的應(yīng)然,也是必然之路。比較研究法、文獻(xiàn)法及個案研究法是本論文的主要研究方法,緒論部分的選題緣由、研究意義、研究現(xiàn)狀綜述以及相關(guān)概念界定等為本論文正文部分的研究奠定了基礎(chǔ)。日本碩士專業(yè)學(xué)位研究生教育的發(fā)展歷程可分為初步探索期、確立成型期和深化推進(jìn)期三個階段;其培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)是培養(yǎng)高層次、特定領(lǐng)域的專門職業(yè)人才;學(xué)科種類可分為人文社科類、理工類和醫(yī)學(xué)類;在組織形式、課程設(shè)置、專任教師、教學(xué)方式等方面也呈現(xiàn)出專門化、實踐性、獨(dú)立性和多樣化等特點(diǎn),已初步形成了日本碩士專業(yè)學(xué)位研究生教育體系。為日本社會培養(yǎng)了一批高層次專門職業(yè)人才,緩解了日本社會人員學(xué)習(xí)需求,擴(kuò)展了日本研究生教育規(guī)模,提升了日本職業(yè)教育層次結(jié)構(gòu)。但同時也存在著一些問題,如學(xué)科種類設(shè)置待調(diào)整、學(xué)科內(nèi)部發(fā)展不甚均衡及專業(yè)學(xué)位與職業(yè)資格銜接進(jìn)程緩慢等。總體來看,給予我國碩士專業(yè)學(xué)位研究生教育以下啟示:加強(qiáng)政策法規(guī)制度建設(shè),建立專門專業(yè)評估機(jī)構(gòu),保障我國碩士專業(yè)學(xué)位研究生教育的質(zhì)量;單獨(dú)設(shè)立專任教師崗位,確保師資水平及碩士專業(yè)學(xué)位研究生教育的獨(dú)立性;并注重與企業(yè)的實踐合作,關(guān)聯(lián)市場職業(yè)需求,重視專業(yè)學(xué)位與職業(yè)資格的銜接,創(chuàng)辦符合我國實際的特色碩士專業(yè)學(xué)位研究生教育。
[Abstract]:With the arrival of the era of knowledge economy, the globalization competition intensifies, the society demands the laborer's quality more and more high, more and more social professions begin to stride forward to the specialized ranks. The development of graduate education with master's degree is an effective way to train high-level applied talents needed for social development, and has been paid more and more attention by many countries. In 21th century, Japan updated its knowledge and technology. Under the background of the shortage of high-level professionals in China, and under the influence of the American Graduate School of Professional degree, the higher education reform has been carried out. To explore Japan's graduate education of master's degree, which is also an Asian country, and to examine its own development situation, is the proper way for the healthy development of graduate education of master's degree in our country. The comparative research method, the literature method and the case study method are the main research methods of this paper, the reason of the introduction part, the significance of the research. The summary of research status and the definition of related concepts lay the foundation for the study of the main body of this thesis. The development process of graduate education of Japanese master's degree can be divided into three stages: preliminary exploration period, forming stage and deepening advancing period; Its training goal is to train high-level, specialized professionals in specific fields; the disciplines can be divided into humanities, social sciences, science and technology, and medicine; and they also show specialization in organizational form, curriculum, full-time teachers, teaching methods, etc. The characteristics of practicality, independence and diversification have preliminarily formed the Japanese education system for master's degree and graduate students. It has trained a number of high-level specialized professionals for Japanese society and alleviated the learning needs of Japanese social personnel. The scale of graduate education in Japan has been expanded, and the hierarchical structure of vocational education in Japan has been upgraded. However, there are also some problems, such as the subject types to be adjusted, The internal development of disciplines is not balanced and the process of linking professional degrees and professional qualifications is slow. In general, it gives the following enlightenment to graduate education of master's degree in China: strengthening the construction of policies, regulations and systems, establishing specialized professional evaluation institutions, etc. To ensure the quality of graduate education of master's degree in China; to establish full-time teacher posts separately to ensure the level of teachers and the independence of graduate education of master's degree; and to attach importance to the practical cooperation with enterprises, and to relate the professional needs of the market. Pay attention to the connection between professional degree and professional qualification, and set up the postgraduate education of master's degree in accordance with the reality of our country.
