【摘要】：一位合格的研究生導師應該具備下列幾個條件:一、有寬廣的學術視野。二、以踏實、嚴謹?shù)膶W風為榜樣。三、了解每位學生的學業(yè)基礎、智能悟性、勤奮程度。四、以朋友的心態(tài)處理師生間關系。強調(diào)入學考試重視面試、入學后加強學科基礎學習、重視歷史地理學經(jīng)典的學習、加強論文寫作的訓練、對學位論文要懷有敬畏之心、重視學位論文的選題。對研究生工作提出如下意見:一、強調(diào)博士在質(zhì)不在量。二、提倡碩博連讀。三、取消博士生導師的稱號。
[Abstract]:A qualified graduate teacher should have the following qualifications: first, have a broad academic horizon; second, take a down-to-earth and rigorous style of study as an example; third, understand each student's academic foundation, intelligence, and degree of diligence. Dealing with the relationship between teachers and students with the attitude of friends, emphasizing the importance of interview in entrance examination, strengthening the basic study of subject after entering school, paying attention to the classical study of historical geography, strengthening the training of thesis writing, and being in awe of the thesis. Pay attention to the topic of dissertation. Put forward the following suggestions to the work of graduate students: first, emphasize that the doctor is in quality or not in quantity. Second, advocate the continuous reading of the doctorate. Third, cancel the title of doctoral supervisor.
