【摘要】：本文以應用型研究生擴招及生源結構變化為背景,闡述應用型研究生教育的特點,重點分析應用型研究生教育對現(xiàn)有導師制度的挑戰(zhàn),提出了相應的對策。
[Abstract]:Based on the background of the expansion of the enrollment of applied graduate students and the change of the structure of the students, this paper expounds the characteristics of the applied graduate education, analyzes the challenges of the applied graduate education to the existing tutorial system and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures.

【正文快照】： 21世紀以來,國家經(jīng)濟社會發(fā)展對高層次應用型人才的需求日益增多,而傳統(tǒng)的以培養(yǎng)學術型人才為主的研究生教育模式已不能滿足社會需要。針對這一情況,教育部于2009年在原招生計劃的基礎上增招五萬名全日制專業(yè)學位研究生,以期逐漸擴大應用型、復合型高級人才培養(yǎng)規(guī)模,實現(xiàn)研究
