【摘要】：[目的]了解學(xué)生對艾滋病知識和相關(guān)法律政策的知曉情況,以及對受艾滋病影響兒童(OVC)在受教育權(quán)方面的態(tài)度及其影響因素。[方法]2006年6月在某市選取小學(xué)、初中、高中、大學(xué)各1所,每校選擇2～3個班級,共624名學(xué)生進(jìn)行問卷調(diào)查。[結(jié)果]回收問卷624份,其中有效問卷620份。學(xué)生艾滋病知識總的知曉率為73.46%,小學(xué)生、初中生、高中生和大學(xué)生知曉率分別為67.59%、73.56%、75.39%和74.12%。25.2%的學(xué)生聽說過"四免一關(guān)懷"政策這一名詞,37.4%的學(xué)生聽說過具體的內(nèi)容。雖然90%以上的學(xué)生同意受艾滋病影響兒童有受教育的權(quán)利,但不足60%的學(xué)生愿意與他們同班學(xué)習(xí)。學(xué)生對受艾滋病影響兒童的態(tài)度受知識水平、接受艾滋病教育以及權(quán)利意識的影響。[結(jié)論]學(xué)生對受艾滋病影響兒童受教育權(quán)方面還存在不同程度的歧視。缺乏知識,把艾滋病與不良行為道德聯(lián)系起來是產(chǎn)生歧視的部分原因。政府的政策保證、學(xué)校提供艾滋病教育、增強(qiáng)法律意識有助于減少歧視。
[Abstract]:[objective] to understand the students' knowledge of AIDS and related laws and policies, as well as their attitudes towards the right to education of children affected by AIDS and its influencing factors. [methods] A questionnaire survey was conducted among 624 students in a city in June 2006, including one primary school, one junior high school, one senior high school and one university with 2 ~ 3 classes in each school. [results] 624 questionnaires were collected, of which 620 were valid. The total awareness rate of students' AIDS knowledge was 73.46. The awareness rate of pupils, junior high school students, senior high school students and college students was 67.5959, 75.39% and 74.12% respectively, and 25.2% of the students had heard of the policy of "four free and one care". 37.4% of the students had heard of specific contents. Although more than 90% of students agree that children affected by AIDS have the right to education, less than 60% of students are willing to study with them. Students' attitudes towards children affected by AIDS are influenced by their knowledge, AIDS education and awareness of rights. Conclusion students still have different degrees of discrimination about the right to education of children affected by AIDS. Lack of knowledge, linking AIDS to bad behavior is part of the reason for discrimination. Government policy guarantees that schools provide AIDS education and legal awareness helps reduce discrimination.
