大學(xué)生MBTI人格類(lèi)型與心理資本關(guān)系研究

【摘要】:了解大學(xué)生的性格和心理狀態(tài)有利于大學(xué)生自身的心理健康和成長(zhǎng),對(duì)于高校教育的開(kāi)展和大學(xué)生的生涯規(guī)劃也很有幫助。本研究對(duì)MBTI和心理資本的理論和研究進(jìn)行了梳理,并在心理資本現(xiàn)有的理論與研究基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合對(duì)心理學(xué)老師和學(xué)生的訪(fǎng)談,修訂了《心理資本間卷(PCQ)》(大學(xué)生版本),并使用MBTI-M版問(wèn)卷和修訂的《大學(xué)生心理資本問(wèn)卷》對(duì)在寧五所高校782名大學(xué)生進(jìn)行了測(cè)量。研究得到的結(jié)論如下: 1.大學(xué)生心理資本包括自信、希望、樂(lè)觀(guān)和韌性四個(gè)維度,修訂后的《大學(xué)生心理資本問(wèn)卷》具有良好的信度和效度,可以作為本研究的工具。 2.大學(xué)生的MBTI人格類(lèi)型分布分別是:INTP4.6%,INFP7.5%,ISTP4.2%, ISFP3.7%,ENTP4.0%,ENFP8.1%,ESTP3.2%,ESFP3.5%,INTJ7.9%,INFJ4.1%, ISTJ12.5%,ISFJ6.1%,ENTJ7.9%,ENFJ5.2%,ESTJ13.7%,ESFJ3.5%. 3.在MBTI的E—I(外向—內(nèi)向)維度上存在顯著的性別差異,在S—N(感覺(jué)—直覺(jué))維度上存在顯著的專(zhuān)業(yè)差異,在F—-T(情感—思考)維度上存在顯著的性別差異和專(zhuān)業(yè)差異,在J—P(判斷—知覺(jué))維度上存在顯著的專(zhuān)業(yè)差異和年級(jí)差異。 4.大學(xué)生心理資本總分及自信、希望、樂(lè)觀(guān)、韌性的平均分依次是:94.3分,21.7分,25.0分,17.5分,30.2分;在樂(lè)觀(guān)維度上,存在著顯著的年級(jí)差異,且大一學(xué)生高于大二學(xué)生;在韌性維度上,男生得分高于女生,大一和大三學(xué)生高于大二學(xué)生。 5.心理資本在MBTI的E—-I維度上都存在顯著性差異;在MBTI的F—-T維度上,自信、希望、韌性存在顯著性差異;在MBTI的J—P維度上,自信、希望存在顯著性差異。 6.大學(xué)生心理資本與MBTI的E—I維度都存在非常顯著的負(fù)相關(guān);心理資本的自信、希望、韌性三個(gè)維度與MBTI的F—-T維度存在顯著的正相關(guān);心理資本的自信、希望兩個(gè)維度與MBTI的J—P維度存在顯著的負(fù)相關(guān)。 7.MBTI人格類(lèi)型在心理資本四個(gè)維度上的回歸都非常顯著,但是擬合度都比較低。
[Abstract]:Understanding the personality and psychological state of college students is beneficial to their own mental health and growth. It is also helpful to the development of college education and the career planning of college students. This study combs the theory and research of MBTI and psychological capital, and based on the existing theory and research of psychological capital, and combined with the interviews with psychology teachers and students, it has revised the psychological capital volume (PCQ) (college students' version). The MBTI-M questionnaire and the revised Psychological Capital questionnaire were used to measure 782 college students in five universities in Nanjing. The conclusions are as follows: 1. College students' psychological capital includes four dimensions: confidence, hope, optimism and resilience. The revised questionnaire has good reliability and validity, which can be used as a tool in this study. 2. The distribution of MBTI personality types of college students is as follows: INTP4.6%,INFP7.5%,ISTP4.2%, ISFP3.7%,ENTP4.0%,ENFP8.1%,ESTP3.2%,ESFP3.5%,INTJ7.9%,INFJ4.1%, ISTJ12.5%,ISFJ6.1%, ENTJ7.9%,ENFJ5.2%,ESTJ13.7%,ESFJ3.5%. 3. There were significant gender differences in the E-I (extroverse-inward) dimension of MBTI and significant professional differences in the S-N dimension. There were significant gender differences and professional differences in F T dimension, and significant professional differences and grade differences in J-P dimension. 4. The average scores of psychological capital, confidence, hope, optimism and toughness of college students were 94.3, 21.7, 25.0, 17.5 and 30.2 respectively. In the optimistic dimension, there are significant grade differences, and freshmen are higher than sophomore students; in toughness dimension, male students score higher than girls, freshmen and junior students are higher than sophomore students. 5. There were significant differences in psychological capital in E- I dimension of MBTI, confidence, hope and toughness in F T dimension of MBTI, and significant difference in confidence and hope in J-P dimension of MBTI. 6. There is a very significant negative correlation between college students' psychological capital and the E-I dimension of MBTI, and there is a significant positive correlation between the three dimensions of resilience and the F T dimension of MBTI. The confidence of psychological capital, hope that there is a significant negative correlation between the two dimensions and the J-P dimension of MBTI. The regression of 7.MBTI personality type in the four dimensions of psychological capital is significant, but the fitting degree is low.
