【摘要】：廣東深圳市寶安區(qū)濱海小學以"生命自覺"理念為基礎,全方位引導教師專業(yè)成長。例如:以"生命自覺講堂"建構(gòu)教師的職業(yè)信念,以"教學策略論壇"提升教師的職業(yè)能力,用"敘事研究"培養(yǎng)教師的反思習慣,用"教學分享會"營造教師共同的精神家園等。
[Abstract]:Binhai Primary School in Baoan District, Shenzhen City, Guangdong Province, based on the concept of "life consciousness", guides teachers' professional growth in all directions. For example, teachers' professional beliefs are constructed by "life conscious lecture hall", teachers' professional ability is promoted by "teaching strategy forum", and teachers' reflective habits are cultivated by "narrative research". Using the "teaching sharing meeting" to build a common spiritual home for teachers and so on.
