【摘要】：廣東深圳市寶安區(qū)濱海小學(xué)以"生命自覺"理念為基礎(chǔ),全方位引導(dǎo)教師專業(yè)成長(zhǎng)。例如:以"生命自覺講堂"建構(gòu)教師的職業(yè)信念,以"教學(xué)策略論壇"提升教師的職業(yè)能力,用"敘事研究"培養(yǎng)教師的反思習(xí)慣,用"教學(xué)分享會(huì)"營(yíng)造教師共同的精神家園等。
[Abstract]:Binhai Primary School in Baoan District, Shenzhen City, Guangdong Province, based on the concept of "life consciousness", guides teachers' professional growth in all directions. For example, teachers' professional beliefs are constructed by "life conscious lecture hall", teachers' professional ability is promoted by "teaching strategy forum", and teachers' reflective habits are cultivated by "narrative research". Using the "teaching sharing meeting" to build a common spiritual home for teachers and so on.
