青少年環(huán)境素質(zhì)教育研究

【摘要】:隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會(huì)的發(fā)展,環(huán)境問題不斷加劇,嚴(yán)重影響了人們的生活質(zhì)量。引發(fā)環(huán)境問題的原因有多種,其中人類環(huán)境素質(zhì)不高是最重要的原因之一,公眾的環(huán)保知識和環(huán)境意識有待豐富和增強(qiáng)。通過教育切實(shí)提高人們的環(huán)境素質(zhì),是解決環(huán)境問題的最好出路。素質(zhì)教育是我國“科教興國”戰(zhàn)略的重要內(nèi)容,以實(shí)現(xiàn)青少年的全面自由發(fā)展為價(jià)值目標(biāo),這也是可持續(xù)發(fā)展理念的要求。青少年環(huán)境素質(zhì)教育是面向未來的一項(xiàng)偉業(yè),是成本低、回報(bào)高的環(huán)保教育,是思想政治教育工作的重要組成部分,,也是青少年素質(zhì)教育的重要元素。 目前我國青少年環(huán)境素質(zhì)教育存在著嚴(yán)重的缺失,現(xiàn)狀不容樂觀,無論是學(xué)校、家庭還是社會(huì),給予他們的教育都遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)不夠,甚至根本沒有涉及,而在為數(shù)不多的教育中,也大都流于形式,沒有起到應(yīng)有的作用。本文通過分析目前我國青少年環(huán)境素質(zhì)教育中存在的主要問題,理念和研究滯后、重視程度不夠、落實(shí)效果差、體系不完善、方式方法單一、師資力量薄弱等,借鑒我國古代的環(huán)保思想和國外的成功實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn),結(jié)合我國現(xiàn)實(shí)國情,探究符合我國具體實(shí)踐的教育途徑,提出“一個(gè)中心”—學(xué)校教育為中心;“兩條路徑”—環(huán)保理念教育和環(huán)保實(shí)踐教育相結(jié)合;“三個(gè)補(bǔ)充”—以古典學(xué)習(xí)、師資培訓(xùn)和評價(jià)體系的建立為補(bǔ)充,以期引起全社會(huì)對環(huán)境問題的重視,使青少年的環(huán)境素質(zhì)能得到切實(shí)的提高。
[Abstract]:With the development of economy and society, environmental problems are becoming more and more serious, which seriously affect people's quality of life. There are many causes of environmental problems, among which the low quality of human environment is one of the most important reasons. The environmental protection knowledge and awareness of the public need to be enriched and enhanced. Improving people's environmental quality through education is the best way to solve environmental problems. Quality education is an important part of the strategy of "rejuvenating the country through science and education". The goal of quality education is to realize the all-round and free development of young people, which is also the requirement of the concept of sustainable development. Environmental quality education for teenagers is a great undertaking facing the future. It is an environmental education with low cost and high return. It is an important part of ideological and political education and an important element of quality education for teenagers. At present, there is a serious lack of environmental quality education for young people in our country, and the present situation is not optimistic. The education given to them is far from enough, or even not involved at all, whether in schools, families or society. But in the few education, It is also mostly mere formality and does not play its due role. This paper analyzes the main problems existing in the environmental quality education of teenagers in our country at present, such as the lagging of concept and research, the insufficient attention, the poor effect of implementation, the imperfect system, the single way and method, the weakness of teachers, etc. Referring to the ancient environmental protection thought of our country and the successful practical experience of foreign countries, combining with the reality of our country, this paper probes into the educational ways which accord with the concrete practice of our country, and puts forward the "one center"-school education as the center; "two paths"-the combination of environmental education and environmental practice education; "three supplements"-supplemented by classical learning, teacher training and the establishment of an evaluation system, in order to attract the attention of the whole society to environmental issues, So that the environmental quality of young people can be effectively improved.
