【摘要】：研究表明,心理健康與社會(huì)支持的三個(gè)維度均呈顯著正相關(guān),社會(huì)支持的三個(gè)維度對(duì)心理健康起正向預(yù)測(cè)作用,在社會(huì)支持上文科生和藝體生的水平顯著低于理科生。研究建議:對(duì)學(xué)生進(jìn)行社會(huì)支持的測(cè)量,明確應(yīng)采用策略的取向,有針對(duì)性地進(jìn)行認(rèn)知評(píng)估和支持利用訓(xùn)練,幫助學(xué)生樹(shù)立正確面對(duì)生活事件的觀念。
[Abstract]:The results show that the three dimensions of mental health and social support are significantly positively correlated, the three dimensions of social support play a positive role in predicting mental health, and the level of arts and arts students in social support is significantly lower than that of science students. The research suggestion: to measure the students' social support, we should adopt the strategic orientation, carry on the cognitive evaluation and support the use training in order to help the students to set up the concept of facing the life events correctly.
