大學(xué)生社交網(wǎng)站使用中的印象管理和自我和諧

【摘要】:隨著因特網(wǎng)的快速普及,中國(guó)網(wǎng)民的人數(shù)一直保持著高速的增長(zhǎng),而近幾年新興的網(wǎng)絡(luò)服務(wù)——社交網(wǎng)站則是網(wǎng)絡(luò)服務(wù)界的一大重要現(xiàn)象。社交網(wǎng)站起源于美國(guó),是以社交人際網(wǎng)絡(luò)為基礎(chǔ)的互聯(lián)網(wǎng)應(yīng)用服務(wù),能夠?qū)⑷藗儸F(xiàn)實(shí)生活中的關(guān)系網(wǎng)絡(luò)搬移到網(wǎng)絡(luò)上,在網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)的幫助下,形成一種新的人際關(guān)系模式。無(wú)論是在中國(guó)還是世界范圍內(nèi),社交網(wǎng)站用戶驚人的擴(kuò)張速度和巨大的發(fā)展?jié)摿σ呀?jīng)受到了業(yè)界的普遍關(guān)注和廣泛看好,同時(shí)也在越來(lái)越多地對(duì)用戶的生活產(chǎn)生著影響。 本系列研究就以大學(xué)生為研究對(duì)象,以印象管理和自我和諧為切入點(diǎn),通過(guò)問(wèn)卷調(diào)研法、情景模擬法等實(shí)證研究的方法,探討社交網(wǎng)站使用與大學(xué)生用戶社交行為和自我發(fā)展的關(guān)聯(lián)。印象管理是一個(gè)個(gè)體在特定的情境下,通過(guò)人際互動(dòng)或者自我表現(xiàn),以一定的方式控制自我信息呈現(xiàn)的過(guò)程,目的是影響他人對(duì)自己形成的印象,同時(shí)推進(jìn)個(gè)體對(duì)自我認(rèn)知的構(gòu)建。自我和諧則是一種在自我與經(jīng)驗(yàn)以及自我內(nèi)部各個(gè)子成分之間不斷進(jìn)行著的互動(dòng)和整合活動(dòng),其目的是形成自我的統(tǒng)和感和一致性。社交網(wǎng)站本身的技術(shù)特征為用戶的印象管理提供了得天獨(dú)厚的平臺(tái)和資源,使得他們可以更有效地向自己的社交圈傳遞自我形象。而在印象管理的過(guò)程中,個(gè)體有機(jī)會(huì)對(duì)自我的各種的信息進(jìn)行反省和整合,從而又進(jìn)一步地推動(dòng)了自我和諧的過(guò)程。 本系列研究的意義在于:1)從印象管理和自我和諧的角度探討網(wǎng)絡(luò)化社交模式中個(gè)體社會(huì)行為的實(shí)現(xiàn)和自我發(fā)展的滿足,同時(shí)豐富了國(guó)內(nèi)網(wǎng)絡(luò)心理、印象管理和自我和諧的研究領(lǐng)域。2)從印象管理的和自我和諧的角度為社交網(wǎng)站的生存和開(kāi)發(fā)方向提供心理學(xué)依據(jù),體現(xiàn)心理學(xué)在提升網(wǎng)絡(luò)服務(wù)價(jià)值與促進(jìn)積極網(wǎng)絡(luò)使用上的作用。 研究自編了大學(xué)生社交網(wǎng)站基本使用情況調(diào)查表和大學(xué)生社交網(wǎng)站印象管理傾向問(wèn)卷,結(jié)合《自我和諧量表》以及兩組情景模擬實(shí)驗(yàn),對(duì)736名大學(xué)生進(jìn)行了數(shù)據(jù)采集,經(jīng)SPSS14.0統(tǒng)計(jì)軟件分析,結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn):1)社交網(wǎng)站使用中的匿名性在減弱,線上社交圈與線下的社交圈具有比較高的重合度。2)社交網(wǎng)站使用中印象管理效果的可控性和印象管理成果的Feed模式會(huì)增加個(gè)體使用社交網(wǎng)站的傾向。3)在社交網(wǎng)站的使用中,個(gè)體會(huì)表現(xiàn)出他人導(dǎo)向和自我導(dǎo)向兩種印象管理傾向。4)社交網(wǎng)站使用中的自我導(dǎo)向印象管理傾向能夠促進(jìn)社交網(wǎng)站的使用率以及印象管理相關(guān)操作的使用。5)社交網(wǎng)站使用中的自我導(dǎo)向印象管理傾向與自我和諧的程度有正相關(guān)。6)社交網(wǎng)站的使用能夠激活理想自我、真實(shí)自我和現(xiàn)實(shí)自我,并使得現(xiàn)實(shí)自我的激活程度更加靠近理想自我。 本系列研究認(rèn)為,社交網(wǎng)站為大學(xué)生用戶提供了一個(gè)積極、健康的印象管理場(chǎng)所,用戶在社交網(wǎng)站中以自我為導(dǎo)向而進(jìn)行的印象管理有助于推進(jìn)其自我和諧程度的提升。
[Abstract]:With the rapid popularity of the Internet, the number of Chinese netizens has been growing at a high speed. In recent years, the emerging network services - social networking sites - are a major phenomenon in the network service. Social networking sites are originated in the United States and are based on social networks. With the help of network technology, a new model of interpersonal relationship is formed with the help of network technology. In China and in the world, the astonishing expansion and great potential of social networking users have been paid more and more attention by the industry and more and more to the life of the users. Influence.
This series of studies, taking the college students as the research object, takes impression management and self harmony as the starting point, and explores the association between social behavior and self development of social networking sites using the method of questionnaire survey and situational simulation. Impression management is an individual in a specific situation, through interpersonal interaction. Or self expression, in a certain way to control the process of self information presentation, the purpose of which is to influence the impression made by others, and to promote the individual's construction of self cognition. Self harmony is a continuous interaction and integration between self and experience and the various sub components of the self. The purpose is to form The technical features of the social web site itself provide a unique platform and resources for the user's impression management, enabling them to deliver their self image more effectively to their own social circles. In the process of impression management, the individual has the opportunity to reflect and integrate all kinds of information from me. It has further promoted the process of self harmony.
The significance of this series of studies is: 1) to explore the realization of individual social behavior and the satisfaction of self development from the perspective of impression management and self harmony, and enrich the domestic network psychology, impression management and self harmony research field.2) for the survival of social networking sites from the perspective of impression management and self harmony. It provides a psychological basis for developing direction and embodies the role of psychology in enhancing the value of network services and promoting the use of active networks.
The study compiled the questionnaire on the basic use of social networking website and the impression management tendency questionnaire of College Students' social networking sites. Combined with the self harmony scale and two groups of scenario simulation experiments, 736 college students were collected and analyzed by SPSS14.0 statistical software, and the results were as follows: 1) the anonymity of social networking sites was weakened, The online social circles and the social circles under the line have a higher coincidence.2) the controllability of the impression management effect in the use of social networking sites and the impression management results of the Feed pattern will increase the tendency of the individual to use social networking sites.3). In the use of social networking sites, the experience shows the two impression management tendency of others oriented and self-directed.4) The self-directed impression management tendency in the use of Web sites can promote the use of social networking sites and the use of.5 in impression management operations.) the self directed impression management tendency in the use of social networking sites has a positive correlation with the degree of self harmony.) the use of social websites can activate the ideal self, the real self and the real self, and the use of the self oriented impression management tendency in the use of social websites. So that the reality of self activation closer to the ideal self.
This series of studies suggests that social networking sites provide a positive, healthy impression management place for college students, and the user's self oriented impression management in social networking sites helps to promote the promotion of their self harmony.
