【摘要】：茶在我國已經(jīng)有五千多年的歷史,自從有了華夏文明,就已經(jīng)誕生了茶文化。對于茶文化的追溯,最早可以上升到神農(nóng)嘗百草,無論是在歷史地位還是現(xiàn)實意義上都舉足輕重,其中包含的文化,更是我國傳統(tǒng)文化不可割舍的瑰寶之一。茶作為世界三大飲料之一,首先能給人帶來身體上的愉悅,茶除了和咖啡一樣具有解乏的作用以外,它還能給人以美的享受。一壺茶,從燒水、茶葉的選取再到浸漬、沖水這個過程充滿講究、飽含文化,甚至茶具的選取都是一門學(xué)問。茶作為我國傳統(tǒng)文化的重要組成部分,對于今天的社會生活也有著重要的啟發(fā),將茶文化與體育文化完美結(jié)合在一起,會產(chǎn)生意想不到的效果。本文旨在分析茶文化和體育文化之間的共性,探究將二者結(jié)合在一起會帶來的效果,最后對于如何將二者更好地融合在一起提出一點建議。
[Abstract]:Tea has a history of more than five thousand years in our country. Since the Chinese civilization, tea culture has been born. For the traceability of tea culture, the earliest can be raised to Shennong to taste a hundred grass, both in the historical position and in the practical sense are important, including the culture, is one of the treasures of the traditional culture of our country. Tea, as one of the three major drinks in the world, can first bring people physical pleasure. In addition to the same role of coffee as coffee, tea can also give people the enjoyment of beauty. A pot of tea, from boiling water, tea selection to impregnation, flushing this process is full of fastidious, full of culture, and even the selection of tea sets is a learning. Tea, as an important part of Chinese traditional culture, also has an important inspiration for today's social life. The perfect combination of tea culture and sports culture will produce unexpected effects. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the commonness between tea culture and sports culture, to explore the effect of combining the two together, and finally to put forward some suggestions on how to better integrate the two together.
