【摘要】：運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)資料、邏輯分析等方法,對全民健身國家戰(zhàn)略視野下登高望遠(yuǎn)民俗文化的歷史傳承和當(dāng)代登山運(yùn)動(dòng)的健身功用進(jìn)行研究。主要結(jié)論:我國民眾登高望遠(yuǎn)習(xí)俗的健身休閑價(jià)值一直被放在重陽節(jié)民俗諸多社會(huì)價(jià)值的最末端,少有人去研究、開發(fā)和宣揚(yáng);其實(shí)千百年來,我國民眾用遠(yuǎn)足登高建構(gòu)著自己的休閑、健身文化體系,用望遠(yuǎn)抒情來調(diào)節(jié)著自己的情緒,這與當(dāng)代遠(yuǎn)足登山運(yùn)動(dòng)的健身功能異曲同工,服務(wù)于民眾身心健康,推動(dòng)著社會(huì)有序發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:By using the methods of literature and logical analysis, this paper studies the historical inheritance of folk culture and the fitness function of contemporary mountaineering under the national strategic vision of national fitness. The main conclusion: the fitness and leisure value of the custom of our country has been put at the end of many social values of Double-ninth Day folk custom, and few people have studied, developed and publicized it. In fact, for thousands of years, the people of our country have used hiking to construct their own leisure and fitness culture system, and to adjust their emotions with the lyricism of looking far away, which is the same as the fitness function of contemporary hiking mountaineering, serving the physical and mental health of the people and promoting the orderly development of society.
