分層教學法在自由泳教學中的實驗研究
[Abstract]:The "Plan of the 13th Five-year Plan for the Development of Juvenile Sports" requires that the development of the youth's physical education should be the fundamental goal of enhancing the physique of the youth, so as to improve the development quality and the benefit as the center, so as to establish a perfect system of the youth sports public service as the main line, It is not only the body's participation, but also the sports, the sports, the habit of participating in the sports, and the sports become an integral part of their life. "Planning> also suggests that the general strengthening of the young people's physique is achieved through extensive sports activities." Wang Dengfeng, Director of the Ministry of Education of the Ministry of Education, also points out that physical education must be completed in three areas: the "1. Improve the students' physical fitness level;2. let the students master at least one exercise skill; third, cultivate the students' healthy personality, and let them know that the team-mates are united, respect the opponents, and respect the rules", in order to improve the technical level of the free-stroke teaching in the school, in order to study the free-stroke teaching process in the field of free-stroke technology research, By using the method of stratification and the traditional teaching method, the comparative experiment is carried out, and the technical action in the course of free-stroke teaching is studied. In this paper, the implementation of the layered teaching method in the free-stroke teaching is the research object. The selection of 40 students in the swimming club of Jingang Hotel is conducted for 10 days, and 20 students in the free-stroke experimental class adopt the layered teaching method to carry out the experimental study, and the 20 students in the control class adopt the traditional teaching method to carry out the experimental study. in order to ensure the authenticity and the reliability of the experimental results, the skill level and the learning motivation level of the experimental class and the control class of the control class are balanced, and after the teaching is carried out by using the traditional teaching method and the layered teaching method, the test results are detailed and the questionnaire is filled out, The experimental results are obtained for two classes of teaching results. This paper adopts the methods of literature, expert interview, video observation, mathematical statistics, questionnaire and experiment. The students in the experiment class and the control class carry out basic condition test, physical fitness test, free-stroke technical level test and learning motivation test before and after the experiment. And the result is compared and analyzed. The results show that there is no significant difference in the basic condition of the students in the experiment class and the control class through the stratification teaching method, but there is no significant difference in the physical quality of the two classes, but there is a significant difference in the free-stroke technical action, the achievement and the learning motivation. The experimental research suggests that the club should carry out the layered teaching method in the free-stroke teaching; the layered teaching method is helpful to the study of the free-stroke technical action, and the new teaching method can be used in the teaching to achieve the good teaching effect. The teaching environment is optimized; by creating a relaxed classroom teaching environment, the students face their own fears, and the language, behavior and behavior of the teachers in the teaching are very significant to the students' psychological influence. The teacher's own level is strengthened; the self-quality, the subjective initiative and the technical action foundation of the different students are different, and the different students have obvious differences, which is the necessity of the layered teaching method, and the layered teaching method can obtain the guarantee of good teaching result. Therefore, the teachers should constantly strengthen their teaching ability and technical level, and can only be targeted and targeted to the teaching of different basic students.
