不同BMI青年人血清瘦素水平與跑步運(yùn)動(dòng)能量消耗的相關(guān)性研究

【摘要】:目的:通過(guò)測(cè)定不同BMI青年人血清瘦素含量、靜息能量消耗和跑步運(yùn)動(dòng)能量消耗水平,探討青年人體脂含量與靜息能量消耗和運(yùn)動(dòng)能量消耗水平之間的關(guān)系,為科學(xué)指導(dǎo)不同人群進(jìn)行運(yùn)動(dòng)健身提供理論依據(jù)。方法:通過(guò)電話(huà)等方式招募20-29歲青年,采用健康狀況調(diào)查問(wèn)卷、身體形態(tài)機(jī)能測(cè)試、血液生化檢查,篩選身體健康的受試者,根據(jù)中國(guó)成年人BMI標(biāo)準(zhǔn),根據(jù)BMI≥28kg/m2為肥胖、24.0"fBMI27.9kg/m2)為超重,18.5≤BMI23.9kg/m2為正常,再根據(jù)受試者的性別隨機(jī)分成6組進(jìn)行實(shí)驗(yàn)。采用ELISA實(shí)驗(yàn)法測(cè)定血清瘦素含量,用間接熱量測(cè)定法檢測(cè)53名健康青年靜息能量消耗和跑步運(yùn)動(dòng)的能量消耗情況,分析不同性別健康青年體脂含量與靜息能量消耗和跑步運(yùn)動(dòng)的能量消耗相關(guān)性。結(jié)果:(1)青年人血清瘦素含量具有性別差異,女性血清瘦素含量非常顯著高于男性血清瘦素含量(P0.01),在相同BMI下男性、女性之間的血清瘦素存在明顯的差異,女性血清瘦素比男性高,女性血清瘦素含量是男性的2~3倍。肥胖組、超重組的血清瘦素含量均高于正常組,且女性高于男性。肥胖組男性血清瘦素與正常組和超重組比較均具有非常顯著性差異(P0.01),肥胖組女性血清瘦素與正常組比較有顯著性差異(P0.05)。(2)不同BMI青年人男性青年人的靜息能量消耗高于女性,但無(wú)顯著性差異。在相同BMI下,男性的靜息能量消耗比女性高。在不同的BMI下肥胖組、超重組男性的靜息能量消耗與正常組比較均有非常顯著性差異(P0.01),肥胖組、超重組女性靜息能量消耗與正常組比較均有顯著性差異(P0.05),肥胖組與超重組的靜息能量消耗無(wú)顯著性差異(P0.05)。青年人的每日靜息能量消耗著B(niǎo)MI的增加而增加。(3)青年人參與相同條件下的跑步運(yùn)動(dòng)時(shí),男性青年人的跑步運(yùn)動(dòng)能量消耗高于女性,但無(wú)顯著性差異。在相同BMI下,男、女之間進(jìn)行相同條件下的跑步運(yùn)動(dòng)時(shí),男性的運(yùn)動(dòng)能量消耗高于女性。不同BMI的青年人參與相同跑步運(yùn)動(dòng)時(shí),肥胖組女性的運(yùn)動(dòng)能量消耗與超重組和正常組比較均有非常顯著性的差異(P0.01),超重組女性運(yùn)動(dòng)能量消耗與正常組比較有非常顯著性的差異(P0.01),肥胖組的男性與正常組有非常顯著性的差異(P0.01),與超重組比較有顯著性差異(P0.05)。不同BMI青年人參與相同跑步運(yùn)動(dòng)時(shí),跑步運(yùn)動(dòng)能量消耗隨著B(niǎo)MI的增加而增加。結(jié)論:(1)不同BMI青年血清瘦素因性別不同而不同,女性血清瘦素含量比男性血清瘦素含量高。不同BMI青年的血清瘦素含量隨BMI的增加而升高。(2)不同BMI青年男性的靜息能量消耗高于女性靜息能量消耗,在相同BMI下,男性的靜息能量消耗比女性高。不同BMI青年人的靜息能量消耗著B(niǎo)MI的增加而增加。(3)青年人參與相同條件下的跑步運(yùn)動(dòng)時(shí),男性青年人的跑步運(yùn)動(dòng)能量消耗高于女性,跑步運(yùn)動(dòng)能量消耗隨著B(niǎo)MI的增加而增加。
