【摘要】：運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)資料法等探討中國(guó)女排精神在當(dāng)代的價(jià)值和傳承,以促進(jìn)女排精神的發(fā)展。研究表明:當(dāng)今中國(guó)女排精神在老女排精神的基礎(chǔ)上有了新的發(fā)展和變化,早已超出體育領(lǐng)域,在社會(huì)各個(gè)領(lǐng)域都產(chǎn)生了積極的作用,是各個(gè)競(jìng)技體育團(tuán)隊(duì)的學(xué)習(xí)典范;女排精神能重塑人的價(jià)值觀、鼓舞團(tuán)隊(duì)和個(gè)人前進(jìn)、喚起愛國(guó)精神和激發(fā)其他運(yùn)動(dòng)項(xiàng)目積極向上;女排精神的基礎(chǔ)是實(shí)力、堅(jiān)持和技戰(zhàn)術(shù),女排精神無關(guān)勝負(fù),是一種團(tuán)隊(duì)信念。建議:通過積極創(chuàng)新、國(guó)際化協(xié)作等促進(jìn)女排精神的發(fā)展,將女排精神和經(jīng)驗(yàn)運(yùn)用于社會(huì)各個(gè)領(lǐng)域。
[Abstract]:By using the method of literature, this paper probes into the value and inheritance of the spirit of Chinese women's volleyball team in order to promote the development of the spirit of women's volleyball team. The research shows that the spirit of Chinese women's volleyball team has made new development and change on the basis of the spirit of old women's volleyball team, which has long gone beyond the field of sports and has played a positive role in all fields of society, and is the learning model of each competitive sports team. The spirit of women's volleyball team can reshape people's values, encourage teams and individuals to move forward, arouse patriotism and stimulate the positive progress of other sports. The spirit of the women's volleyball team is based on strength, persistence and skills and tactics, the spirit of the women's volleyball team is not winning or losing, is a kind of team belief. Suggestions: to promote the development of women's volleyball spirit through positive innovation, international cooperation and so on, and to apply the spirit and experience of women's volleyball team to all fields of society.
