【摘要】：近幾年以來,煙臺市李維賓教練帶領(lǐng)的鐵餅投擲隊員,在全國大賽中取得了優(yōu)異的比賽成績,其中他的隊員馮彬更是其中的佼佼者,她的技術(shù)在一定程度上代表了李維賓鐵餅隊運動員旋轉(zhuǎn)動作的特征。本研究采用文獻資料法、運動現(xiàn)場拍攝法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計法、對比分析法,對他的鐵餅運動員馮彬的旋轉(zhuǎn)技術(shù)動作進行分析,找到其技術(shù)動作的特性,從而更加全面、客觀的認識其旋轉(zhuǎn)技術(shù),并通過比對國內(nèi)的優(yōu)秀運動員,找到其技術(shù)進一步優(yōu)化應注意的問題。對馮彬研究結(jié)果表明,(1)旋轉(zhuǎn)加速技術(shù)屬于后速型,其完整技術(shù)用時也與世界水平存在一定的差距,旋轉(zhuǎn)不同階段的用時比例反映出動作技術(shù)具有合理的節(jié)奏。(2)“人-餅”系統(tǒng)在旋轉(zhuǎn)過程的前兩個階段表現(xiàn)了良好的加速趨勢,由于騰空和過渡階段的“人--餅”系統(tǒng)整體變化的復雜性和難控制性,速度變化曲線呈現(xiàn)下降的趨勢,中間重心短暫的加減速與鐵餅速度變化不協(xié)同,造成了鐵餅加速方面出現(xiàn)延遲。(3)在高速旋轉(zhuǎn)的基礎(chǔ)上,做到良好的身體重心位移距離,同時身體重心高度變化不大,保證了身體平穩(wěn)的移動。(4)不同技術(shù)環(huán)節(jié)表現(xiàn)出的肩軸與髖軸形成的扭轉(zhuǎn)角以及投擲臂與肩軸形成的拉引角數(shù)據(jù),反映出她對身體及器械的良好控制狀態(tài)。通過對馮彬旋轉(zhuǎn)技術(shù)的分析可以看出李維賓鐵餅隊運動員旋轉(zhuǎn)動作的特征,有助于其他運動員根據(jù)其技術(shù)風格,全面分析和診斷自己的技術(shù),有針對性的吸收優(yōu)點,從而達到提高其技術(shù)水平的目的。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the iron-cake-throwing team led by the coach of the Yantai city, Li Weibin, has achieved excellent performance in the national competition. By means of the literature, the field shooting, the mathematical statistics and the comparative analysis, the paper analyzes the rotating technology of Feng Bin, the discus athlete, and finds the characteristic of its technical action, so as to realize the rotation technology more comprehensively and objectively. And through comparison with the excellent athletes in the country, the problem that the technology is further optimized should be found. The results of Feng-bin's research show that (1) the rotation acceleration technology belongs to the post-speed type, and the whole technology time is also different from the world level, and the proportion of the time at different stages of rotation reflects the reasonable rhythm of the motion technique. (2) The "man-cake" system shows a good acceleration tendency during the first two stages of the rotation process, and the speed change curve exhibits a downward trend due to the complexity and difficulty of the overall variation of the "man-cake" system in the empty and transitional phases, The transient acceleration and deceleration of the center of gravity did not work with the change of the speed of the discus, resulting in a delay in the acceleration of the discus. And (3) on the basis of high-speed rotation, a good body center-of-gravity displacement distance is achieved, and at the same time, the height of the center of gravity of the body is not changed greatly, and the movement of the body is ensured. And (4) the torsion angle formed by the shoulder shaft and the hip shaft and the pull angle data formed by the throwing arm and the shoulder shaft are reflected in different technical links, so that the good control state of the body and the device is reflected. Through the analysis of Feng Bin's rotating technology, it can be seen that the characteristics of the rotating action of the athletes of the Li Weibin are helpful to the other athletes to analyze and diagnose their own technology comprehensively according to their technical style, so as to achieve the purpose of raising the technical level.
