【摘要】：在2008年,北京夏季奧林匹克運(yùn)動(dòng)會(huì)中,中國(guó)代表團(tuán)榮獲的獎(jiǎng)牌數(shù)以及金牌數(shù)是所有代表團(tuán)中第一名。這讓中國(guó)人民為之振奮使我國(guó)各階層都認(rèn)識(shí)到我們是體育大國(guó),為此我們應(yīng)該向體育強(qiáng)國(guó)所邁進(jìn)。習(xí)總書記指定的兩個(gè)百年目標(biāo)是民族復(fù)興,“少年強(qiáng)則中國(guó)強(qiáng)。”體育各運(yùn)動(dòng)項(xiàng)目要想均衡發(fā)展就要從基礎(chǔ)抓起。而網(wǎng)球這項(xiàng)運(yùn)動(dòng)自引入我國(guó)以來(lái),卻未曾在世界網(wǎng)壇頂尖位置占據(jù)一席之地。由此可見(jiàn)我國(guó)的網(wǎng)球運(yùn)動(dòng)整體發(fā)展水平與世界上發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家相比較為落后,這種落后在我們國(guó)家內(nèi)部也是存在的。我國(guó)網(wǎng)球發(fā)展南北方差距較為嚴(yán)重,中國(guó)南方網(wǎng)球技術(shù)水平較北方網(wǎng)球技術(shù)水平高,可能是北方氣候等多種因素導(dǎo)致北方網(wǎng)球競(jìng)技水平較為滯待,瓶頸突破較難,尤其是位于北方的黑龍江省的網(wǎng)球水平在東三省內(nèi)更為落后。而造成此階段網(wǎng)球水平落后的原因不單單是氣候等自然因素,更直接的是與網(wǎng)球運(yùn)動(dòng)在黑龍江的普及度不夠以及網(wǎng)球運(yùn)動(dòng)優(yōu)秀人才儲(chǔ)備量較少有一定的關(guān)系。那么該如何來(lái)改變目前這一狀況,并迅速提高黑龍江省網(wǎng)球競(jìng)技水平,乃至中國(guó)北方的網(wǎng)球競(jìng)技水平?目前這一焦點(diǎn)問(wèn)題是黑龍江省從事網(wǎng)球項(xiàng)目的工作者所應(yīng)密切關(guān)注的。本文試圖以黑龍江省省會(huì)哈爾濱市為特定研究地域,它是黑龍江省內(nèi)發(fā)達(dá)城市,最具代表性的城市。覆涉黑龍江省網(wǎng)球運(yùn)動(dòng)整體水平的快速發(fā)展應(yīng)當(dāng)以重視在哈爾濱市中小學(xué)校推廣少年兒童網(wǎng)球運(yùn)動(dòng)的發(fā)展為基礎(chǔ),以便達(dá)到促進(jìn)作用。本論文以哈爾濱市重點(diǎn)中小學(xué)校和體育基點(diǎn)校的6(7)-14(15)歲學(xué)生為研究對(duì)象,并且參考了參加“2015年黑龍江省網(wǎng)球錦標(biāo)賽”、“2016年黑龍江省網(wǎng)球錦標(biāo)賽”以及“2015年黑龍江省高校網(wǎng)球錦標(biāo)賽”和“2016年黑龍江省高校網(wǎng)球錦標(biāo)賽”的運(yùn)動(dòng)員和教練員為調(diào)查對(duì)象。同時(shí)本文采用文獻(xiàn)資料法、問(wèn)卷調(diào)查法、訪談法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)法和邏輯分析法等對(duì)哈爾濱市推廣少年兒童網(wǎng)球運(yùn)動(dòng)的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行調(diào)查、統(tǒng)計(jì),從而對(duì)阻礙哈爾濱市少年兒童網(wǎng)球發(fā)展的因素進(jìn)行分析,并從中獲得相關(guān)對(duì)策,得出一下幾點(diǎn)結(jié)論:(1)近年來(lái)哈爾濱市政府與社會(huì)共同對(duì)網(wǎng)球運(yùn)動(dòng)的投入有明顯的增加,尤其是在我國(guó)女子競(jìng)技網(wǎng)球高速發(fā)展的同時(shí)也對(duì)我國(guó)網(wǎng)球事業(yè)的發(fā)展起到了如虎添翼的作用。但是這對(duì)于哈爾濱市少年兒童網(wǎng)球運(yùn)動(dòng)的投入還是遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)不夠的。(2)哈爾濱市少年兒童網(wǎng)球運(yùn)動(dòng)的發(fā)展推廣速度較為緩慢,普及面相對(duì)狹窄,受重視力度遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)不夠,且直接導(dǎo)致網(wǎng)球運(yùn)動(dòng)在選材生源上較為匱乏,影響競(jìng)技網(wǎng)球運(yùn)動(dòng)總體成績(jī)提高,最終阻礙哈爾濱市整體網(wǎng)球事業(yè)的發(fā)展。(3)我國(guó)網(wǎng)球競(jìng)賽制度存在弊端,導(dǎo)致哈爾濱市乃至各級(jí)省市之間比賽較少,競(jìng)爭(zhēng)不足,相互間產(chǎn)生交流較少,不僅不利于網(wǎng)球運(yùn)動(dòng)在少年兒童中的宣傳推廣,也更不利于哈爾濱市網(wǎng)球運(yùn)動(dòng)員發(fā)展成為頂尖的網(wǎng)球選手。(4)受我國(guó)競(jìng)技體育體制的影響,哈爾濱市少年兒童網(wǎng)球運(yùn)動(dòng)員培養(yǎng)模式過(guò)于單一,妨礙了大多數(shù)具有網(wǎng)球運(yùn)動(dòng)天賦的少年兒童。(5)哈爾濱市少年兒童網(wǎng)球教練員存在著學(xué)歷結(jié)構(gòu)參差不齊、專業(yè)知識(shí)培訓(xùn)狀況相對(duì)不太理想、科學(xué)研究的能力普遍較低、教學(xué)方法手段老套、創(chuàng)新力度不夠、訓(xùn)練觀念不先進(jìn)等問(wèn)題。總而言之,少年兒童網(wǎng)球教練員執(zhí)教水平較低。(6)對(duì)于哈爾濱市少年兒童的網(wǎng)球運(yùn)動(dòng)管理方面的理論研究相對(duì)于較大城市更為匱乏,管理手段更缺乏科學(xué)性與實(shí)效性,管理過(guò)程中力度不足,最終直接導(dǎo)致哈爾濱市少年兒童網(wǎng)球運(yùn)動(dòng)的管理效率低下,直接影響哈爾濱市少年兒童網(wǎng)球運(yùn)動(dòng)的發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:In the 2008 Beijing Summer Olympic Games, the number of medals and the number of medals won by the Chinese delegation is the first in all delegations. This has made the Chinese people feel that we are a great sports country, and for that reason, we should move forward to the sports power. The two-year target designated by the general secretary is the revival of the nation, and the balanced development of the sports items of the "The youth is strong and China is strong." sports is to be taken from the foundation. The movement of the tennis ball has not taken a place in the world's top position since the introduction of my country. It can be seen that the overall development level of the tennis sport in our country is relatively backward compared with the developed countries in the world, and this lag in our country is also present. In that south of China, the gap between the south and the north is more serious, and the technical level of the tennis in the south of China is higher than that of the northern tennis. Especially in the north, the level of tennis in Heilongjiang is more backward in the three provinces. The reason why the level of tennis in this stage is backward is not only the natural factors such as the climate, but more directly is the lack of the popularity of the tennis movement in the Heilongjiang and the less certain relationship between the reserve of the talents of the tennis sports. So how to change the current situation and improve the level of tennis competition in Heilongjiang Province and the level of tennis competition in the north of China? At present, the problem of the focus is that Heilongjiang province is engaged in the tennis project to pay close attention to. This paper tries to study the city of Heilongjiang province as a special study area, it is the most representative city in the city of Heilongjiang Province. The rapid development of the whole level of tennis movement in Heilongjiang Province should be based on the development of the promotion of the children's tennis movement in small and medium-sized schools in Harbin. This paper takes the 6 (7)-14 (15) year-of-age students from key primary and secondary schools and sports base points in Harbin as the research object, and refers to the athletes and coaches who take part in the "Heilongjiang Tennis Championships in 2015", "The 2016 Tennis Championships of Heilongjiang Province" and "Heilongjiang University Tennis Championships in 2015" and "Heilongjiang University Tennis Championship in 2016" as the research object. At the same time, the paper, using the methods of literature, questionnaire, interview, mathematical statistics, and logic analysis, makes a survey and statistics on the current situation of the promotion of children's tennis in Harbin, and analyses the factors that hinder the development of the children's tennis in Harbin. The results are as follows: (1) In recent years, the government of Harbin and the society have an obvious increase in the input of the tennis movement. Especially in the high-speed development of Chinese women's competitive tennis, the development of our country's tennis career has played an important role in the development of our country's tennis. However, this is not enough for the input of the children's tennis movement in Harbin. (2) The development and promotion speed of the children's tennis movement in Harbin is slow, the popular face is relatively narrow, the attention is not enough, and the direct result in the tennis movement is more scarce in the material selection, and the overall result of the sports tennis movement is improved, And finally, the development of the whole tennis career in Harbin is finally hindered. (3) The disadvantages of the tennis competition system in China have resulted in less competition and insufficient competition among the Harbin city and even the provinces and cities in various levels, which is not only beneficial to the propaganda and promotion of the tennis movement in the children and children, It is also more conducive to the development of the tennis players in Harbin as the top tennis players. (4) It is influenced by the competitive sports system of our country, the training pattern of the children's tennis players in Harbin is too single, and it has hindered most of the children with the ability to exercise tennis. (5) There are some problems such as the uneven structure of the educational background, the relative less ideal of the professional knowledge training, the lower ability of the scientific research, the old sleeve of the teaching method, the insufficient innovation, the non-advanced training concept and so on. In short, that coach of the children's tennis coach has a low level of teaching. (6) The theoretical research on the tennis movement management of the children in Harbin is more deficient than the larger cities, the management means is more scientific and practical, the management process is not enough, and finally, the management efficiency of the tennis movement of the children and the children in Harbin is low, The development of the tennis movement of children and children in Harbin is directly affected.
