【摘要】：沙灘排球起源于20世紀(jì)20年代的美國(guó)沿海沙灘,從產(chǎn)生之日起便以其獨(dú)特的魅力迅速在與美國(guó)較近的交往國(guó)中間蔓延。由于種種原因沙灘排球八十年代末九十年代初才傳入我國(guó),很快在很多沿海城市中盛行,從1994年中國(guó)排球協(xié)會(huì)正式舉辦全國(guó)沙灘排球比賽,1997年中國(guó)首次參加了第一屆在美國(guó)洛杉磯舉行的世界沙灘排球錦標(biāo)賽,由此中國(guó)沙灘排球正式走向世界。近年來(lái)隨著沙灘排球運(yùn)動(dòng)成績(jī)的不斷提高,對(duì)參賽運(yùn)動(dòng)員身體素質(zhì)、心里素質(zhì)、技戰(zhàn)術(shù)水平等方面有了更多的要求,針對(duì)這種情況,為了能夠促進(jìn)新疆青少年沙灘排球可持續(xù)發(fā)展,對(duì)新疆青少年沙灘排球運(yùn)動(dòng)的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行調(diào)查,本文以文獻(xiàn)法、專家訪談法、問(wèn)卷調(diào)查法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)、邏輯分析法等為研究方法,從理論與實(shí)踐相結(jié)合的角度上對(duì)新疆青少年沙灘排球運(yùn)動(dòng)的開展進(jìn)行了分析研究,從中的出新疆發(fā)展青少年沙灘排球的優(yōu)勢(shì)所在與不足之處,根據(jù)存在的問(wèn)題,提出了符合新疆實(shí)際情況的對(duì)策性建議。研究得出:(1)青少年沙灘排球比賽中的監(jiān)管存在著相應(yīng)的漏洞,導(dǎo)致一些成人組隊(duì)員進(jìn)入青少年組比賽,使比賽失去公平性。(2)取得青少年沙灘排球比賽較高名次運(yùn)動(dòng)員一般因年齡過(guò)大和身高不足等方面因素,無(wú)法進(jìn)入新疆沙灘排球省隊(duì)作為后備人才,給新疆沙灘排球后備人才的選拔帶來(lái)一定的影響。(3)新疆各地區(qū)之間的比賽較少,各沙灘排球隊(duì)的運(yùn)動(dòng)員很難通過(guò)比賽來(lái)增強(qiáng)運(yùn)動(dòng)員的技戰(zhàn)術(shù)水平和臨場(chǎng)經(jīng)驗(yàn),這在一定程度上制約著新疆青少年沙灘排球運(yùn)動(dòng)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。(4)從教練員執(zhí)教情況來(lái)看教練員受教育文化水平參差不齊,對(duì)于新疆青少年沙灘排球的發(fā)展來(lái)說(shuō)既有好的一方面也存在不足之處。(5)由于相關(guān)媒體對(duì)沙灘排球宣傳不夠完善,很多群眾對(duì)沙灘排球的了解不夠,很少有企業(yè)對(duì)沙灘排球運(yùn)動(dòng)進(jìn)行贊助。(6)新建人由于長(zhǎng)期生活在艱苦的地理環(huán)境中,加之新疆自古以來(lái)就是多民族聚居的地方,養(yǎng)成了很多新疆人勇敢、冒險(xiǎn)、豪邁豁達(dá)的性格,這也正是很多體育人應(yīng)有的本性,沙灘排球運(yùn)動(dòng)項(xiàng)目能在新疆短期內(nèi)取得這樣的好成績(jī)是與此分不開的。(7)特殊的地理環(huán)境以及飲食習(xí)慣使得很多新疆人都具有特別強(qiáng)的身體素質(zhì),對(duì)于很多青少年而言比內(nèi)地孩子更容易接受高強(qiáng)度的現(xiàn)代競(jìng)技體育。
[Abstract]:Beach volleyball originated from the coastal beaches of the United States in the 1920s. Since its emergence, beach volleyball has spread rapidly among the countries close to the United States with its unique charm. Beach volleyball was introduced into China in the late 1980s and early 1990s for various reasons, and soon prevailed in many coastal cities. Since 1994, the China Volleyball Association officially held the National Beach Volleyball Competition, and in 1997 China took part in the first World Beach Volleyball Championship held in Los Angeles, the United States, so that Chinese beach volleyball officially went to the world. In recent years, with the continuous improvement of beach volleyball performance, there are more requirements for the physical quality, psychological quality, technical and tactical level of the contestants. In view of this situation, in order to promote the sustainable development of Xinjiang youth beach volleyball, this paper investigates the present situation of Xinjiang youth beach volleyball. This paper uses the method of literature, expert interview, questionnaire and mathematical statistics. Logical analysis and other research methods, from the point of view of the combination of theory and practice, this paper analyzes and studies the development of Xinjiang youth beach volleyball, from which the advantages and disadvantages of the development of youth beach volleyball in Xinjiang are analyzed, and according to the existing problems, the countermeasures and suggestions in accordance with the actual situation in Xinjiang are put forward. The results are as follows: (1) there are corresponding loopholes in the supervision of youth beach volleyball match, which leads some adult team members to enter the youth group match, which makes the competition lose fairness. (2) the higher ranking players in the youth beach volleyball match are generally unable to enter the Xinjiang beach volleyball provincial team as reserve talents because of their excessive age and insufficient height. It has a certain influence on the selection of reserve talents of beach volleyball in Xinjiang. (3) there are few competitions between different regions of Xinjiang, and it is difficult for the athletes of each beach volleyball team to enhance the technical and tactical level and on-the-spot experience of the athletes through the competition, which restricts the sustainable development of Xinjiang youth beach volleyball to a certain extent. (4) the level of education and culture of coaches is uneven from the teaching situation of coaches. For the development of beach volleyball for young people in Xinjiang, there are not only good aspects but also deficiencies. (5) due to the imperfect publicity of beach volleyball in the relevant media, many people do not know enough about beach volleyball, and few enterprises sponsor beach volleyball. (6) because of the difficult geographical environment for a long time, Xinjiang has been inhabited by many ethnic groups since ancient times. Developed a lot of Xinjiang people brave, adventurous, bold and open-minded character, this is also the nature of many sports people, beach volleyball can achieve such good results in Xinjiang in the short term is inseparable. (7) the special geographical environment and eating habits make many Xinjiang people have a particularly strong physical quality. It is easier for many teenagers to accept high-intensity modern competitive sports than mainland children.
