【摘要】：試圖從競(jìng)技運(yùn)動(dòng)表現(xiàn)的整體屬性和系統(tǒng)功能出發(fā),運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)資料法、專家訪談法,闡釋競(jìng)技運(yùn)動(dòng)專項(xiàng)的核心及其訓(xùn)練理念。結(jié)論:競(jìng)技運(yùn)動(dòng)專項(xiàng)的核心應(yīng)是主導(dǎo)和決定競(jìng)技水平的專項(xiàng)核心能力;基于項(xiàng)群理論分析各亞類項(xiàng)群的專項(xiàng)核心能力;以田徑項(xiàng)目為例,論述分析專項(xiàng)核心能力的方法,指出短跑是以專項(xiàng)素質(zhì)、神經(jīng)反應(yīng)和動(dòng)作的經(jīng)濟(jì)性為核心,競(jìng)走和中長(zhǎng)跑是以專項(xiàng)素質(zhì)、技術(shù)經(jīng)濟(jì)性和心肺系統(tǒng)能力為核心,跳躍項(xiàng)目以專項(xiàng)素質(zhì)、技術(shù)協(xié)調(diào)和適時(shí)爆發(fā)能力為核心,投擲項(xiàng)目以運(yùn)動(dòng)鏈的優(yōu)化整合與蓄勢(shì)爆發(fā)能力為核心;提出從競(jìng)技需要出發(fā),密切結(jié)合專項(xiàng)特征,緊抓專項(xiàng)運(yùn)動(dòng)鏈的系統(tǒng)功能區(qū)域,優(yōu)化選擇訓(xùn)練方法和手段,合理安排訓(xùn)練負(fù)荷,將專項(xiàng)素質(zhì)能力與專項(xiàng)技術(shù)、神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)、心智調(diào)控綜合發(fā)展的訓(xùn)練理念,以期能為競(jìng)技訓(xùn)練提供參考。
[Abstract]:Based on the overall attribute and systematic function of competitive sports, this paper tries to explain the core and training concept of competitive sports by using the method of literature and expert interview. Conclusion: the core of competitive sports should be the special core competence which leads and determines the competitive level, and the special core competence of each subcategory should be analyzed based on the theory of event group. Taking track and field events as an example, this paper discusses the methods of analyzing special core competence, and points out that sprint is based on special quality, neural response and movement economy, while race walking and middle and long distance running are based on special quality, technical economy and cardiopulmonary system ability. The jumping event takes the special quality, the technical coordination and the timely burst ability as the core, and the throwing event takes the optimization integration and the potential burst ability of the sports chain as the core. It is put forward that according to the competitive needs, combining the special characteristics closely, grasping the systematic functional area of the special sports chain, optimizing the selection of training methods and means, reasonably arranging the training load, combining the special quality ability with the special technology, and the nervous system, The training concept of comprehensive development of mental regulation and control is expected to provide reference for competitive training.
