【摘要】：采用文獻(xiàn)資料法、專家訪談法、邏輯分析法等,對(duì)北京"三大球"職業(yè)發(fā)展過(guò)程中職業(yè)運(yùn)動(dòng)員的職業(yè)道德、職業(yè)教練員的職業(yè)素養(yǎng)、職業(yè)俱樂(lè)部的品牌意識(shí)、職業(yè)俱樂(lè)部的后備人才建設(shè)、政府的宏觀調(diào)控與微觀支持等進(jìn)行分析,為北京"三大球"職業(yè)化發(fā)展提出建議。
[Abstract]:By using the methods of literature, expert interview and logical analysis, this paper deals with the professional ethics of professional athletes, the professional literacy of professional coaches and the brand consciousness of professional clubs in the process of professional development of Beijing's "three balls". This paper analyzes the construction of reserve talents of professional clubs, the macro-control and micro-support of the government, and puts forward some suggestions for the professional development of "three balls" in Beijing.
