【摘要】：廣州大學(xué)是我省首批參與建設(shè)青少年體育活動(dòng)中心(下稱“中心”)的高校,其發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀將直接關(guān)系到周邊青少年人群的體育開(kāi)展。因此,“中心”在發(fā)展中所遇到的機(jī)遇和挑戰(zhàn)具有一定的研究?jī)r(jià)值和參考意義。本文以廣州大學(xué)青少年體育活動(dòng)中心現(xiàn)狀作為研究對(duì)象而展開(kāi)的,通過(guò)文獻(xiàn)分析、訪談、問(wèn)卷調(diào)查、實(shí)地考察等方法對(duì)其發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行總結(jié),并根據(jù)現(xiàn)狀提出相關(guān)對(duì)策。在研究中發(fā)現(xiàn),“中心”的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀不容樂(lè)觀,雖然已經(jīng)具備雛形,但現(xiàn)階段還存在問(wèn)題阻礙其可持續(xù)發(fā)展;其中包括資金來(lái)源單一、體育場(chǎng)地閑置、業(yè)務(wù)形式簡(jiǎn)單和人力資源開(kāi)發(fā)不足等問(wèn)題。在相關(guān)對(duì)策上,“中心”自身層面應(yīng)盡快融入廣州大學(xué)體育學(xué)院的管理體系;業(yè)務(wù)層面應(yīng)與周邊中小學(xué)建立連接關(guān)系,開(kāi)發(fā)青少年學(xué)生資源,從周邊中小學(xué)青少年人群的課內(nèi)體育、課余體育、假期鍛煉和運(yùn)動(dòng)競(jìng)賽四個(gè)維度入手,為青少年提供全方位的體育服務(wù),形成“中心”與周邊中小學(xué)雙贏的局面。在高校自主運(yùn)營(yíng)青少體育活動(dòng)中心的背景下,管理者應(yīng)該發(fā)揮主管能動(dòng)性,盤(pán)活廣州大學(xué)的資源優(yōu)勢(shì)和區(qū)位優(yōu)勢(shì),建立具有自身特色的業(yè)務(wù),解決政府資金停止發(fā)放后的運(yùn)行問(wèn)題。
[Abstract]:Guangzhou University is the first batch of colleges and universities in our province to participate in the construction of youth sports activity center (hereinafter referred to as "center"). Its development status will be directly related to the development of sports among the surrounding young people. Therefore, the opportunities and challenges encountered by the Center in its development have certain research value and reference significance. This paper takes the present situation of Guangzhou University Youth Sports activity Center as the research object, summarizes its development status through literature analysis, interview, questionnaire survey, field investigation and so on, and puts forward some relevant countermeasures according to the present situation. In the study, it is found that the current situation of the development of the "center" is not optimistic, although it has a embryonic form, but there are still problems hindering its sustainable development at this stage. It includes single source of funds, idle sports venues, simple business form and insufficient development of human resources. In the relevant countermeasures, the "center" itself should be integrated into the management system of the Institute of physical Education of Guangzhou University as soon as possible. At the professional level, we should establish a connection with the surrounding primary and secondary schools, develop the resources of young students, and start with the four dimensions of in-class physical education, extracurricular sports, holiday exercise and sports competitions of the youth population in the surrounding primary and secondary schools. Provide a full range of sports services for young people, forming a win-win situation between the center and the surrounding primary and secondary schools. Under the background of running the sports center of young and young people independently in colleges and universities, managers should give full play to the initiative of managers, invigorate the resource advantages and location advantages of Guangzhou University, and establish their own business with their own characteristics. Solve the operation problem after the government funds stop issuing.
