武漢市高校體育專業(yè)羽毛球?qū)_x學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)倦怠的特點(diǎn)及成因分析

【摘要】:學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)倦怠,在學(xué)術(shù)界一直是研究熱點(diǎn)。學(xué)生一旦發(fā)生學(xué)習(xí)倦怠,將可能產(chǎn)生厭學(xué)、逃學(xué)等行為。相關(guān)調(diào)查發(fā)現(xiàn),學(xué)習(xí)倦怠這一現(xiàn)象在大學(xué)生當(dāng)中不僅普遍存在,而且日趨嚴(yán)重。尤其是進(jìn)入新世紀(jì)之后,伴隨我國(guó)高校持續(xù)擴(kuò)招帶來(lái)的就業(yè)困難趨勢(shì),使得許多大學(xué)生感覺(jué)畢業(yè)即失業(yè),因此陷入到一種迷惘無(wú)助狀態(tài),導(dǎo)致發(fā)生學(xué)習(xí)倦怠情況。雖然體育產(chǎn)業(yè)急速發(fā)展需要大量人才,但許多用人單位表示體育行業(yè)入門門檻低,他們可以選擇擁有綜合素質(zhì)(包括體育素質(zhì)、管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)等)的圈外人來(lái)填充當(dāng)前崗位缺口,并非一定要用體育背景畢業(yè)大學(xué)生。這樣,體育專業(yè)大學(xué)生就業(yè)面窄現(xiàn)象更為嚴(yán)重,在校學(xué)生對(duì)于未來(lái)發(fā)展十分迷惘。因此,比起其它專業(yè)體育類大學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)倦怠相對(duì)更加嚴(yán)重。本文以武漢市高校體育專業(yè)羽毛球?qū)_x班學(xué)生當(dāng)前的學(xué)習(xí)倦怠作為研究選題開(kāi)展針對(duì)體育專業(yè)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)倦怠行為的全面調(diào)研。本調(diào)研從武漢市高校中開(kāi)設(shè)體育專業(yè)的院校著手,包括國(guó)家教育部直屬重點(diǎn)院校(華中師范大學(xué))、省屬重點(diǎn)院校(湖北大學(xué))、普通高等體育院校(武漢體育學(xué)院)和普通本科院校(湖北第二師范學(xué)院和江漢大學(xué))。從這五所高校中抽取體育專業(yè)羽毛球?qū)_x學(xué)生以及相關(guān)老師進(jìn)行研究調(diào)查。調(diào)查的形式是各選取男女大學(xué)生150名(各占50%)。發(fā)放調(diào)研問(wèn)卷在調(diào)查中,借鑒連榕之編制的《大學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)倦怠量表》,又結(jié)合與教師和學(xué)生的現(xiàn)場(chǎng)訪談,最終編制《武漢市高校體育專業(yè)羽毛球?qū)_x學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)倦怠成因調(diào)查問(wèn)卷》,對(duì)以上高校體育專業(yè)羽毛球?qū)_x學(xué)生進(jìn)行問(wèn)卷調(diào)查。本文在調(diào)查問(wèn)卷的基礎(chǔ)上,引入文獻(xiàn)資料法、現(xiàn)場(chǎng)訪談法、數(shù)據(jù)分析法等,通過(guò)調(diào)查發(fā)現(xiàn),在武漢市高校體育專業(yè)羽毛球?qū)_x學(xué)生當(dāng)中,基于學(xué)習(xí)倦怠方面,學(xué)生的行為不當(dāng)表現(xiàn)最為突出,具體表現(xiàn)為理論課學(xué)習(xí)倦怠十分嚴(yán)重,男生高于女生,高年級(jí)學(xué)生高于低年級(jí)學(xué)生,不同專業(yè)和不同中學(xué)畢業(yè)學(xué)校學(xué)生倦怠程度差異顯著等。此外,學(xué)生情緒低落情況以及成就感不高等情況也相對(duì)嚴(yán)重。而究其原因,可以綜合分解為社會(huì)因素、學(xué)校因素、個(gè)人因素等等。從中主客觀分析存在的問(wèn)題以及問(wèn)題成因,由此尋找解決大學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)倦怠的合理化對(duì)策。
[Abstract]:Students' learning burnout has always been a hot research topic in academic circles. Once students have learning burnout, they may be tired of learning, truant and so on. It is found that learning burnout is not only common among college students, but also becoming more and more serious. Especially after entering the new century, with the trend of employment difficulties caused by the continuous expansion of enrollment in colleges and universities in our country, many college students feel unemployed after graduation, so they fall into a state of confusion and helplessness, resulting in learning burnout. Although the rapid development of the sports industry requires a large number of talents, many employers say that the entry threshold of the sports industry is low, and they can choose outsiders with comprehensive qualities (including sports quality, management experience, etc.) to fill the current job gap. College students do not have to graduate from sports background. In this way, the phenomenon of narrow employment of college students majoring in physical education is more serious, and the students in school are very confused about the future development. Therefore, compared with other major sports college students, learning burnout is relatively more serious. This paper takes the current learning burnout of badminton students majoring in physical education in Wuhan as the research topic to carry out a comprehensive investigation on the learning burnout behavior of students majoring in physical education. This survey starts with colleges and universities majoring in physical education in Wuhan, including key colleges and universities directly under the Ministry of Education of the State (Central China normal University) and provincial key colleges and universities (Hubei University). General higher physical education colleges (Wuhan Institute of physical Education) and general undergraduate colleges (Hubei second normal University and Jianghan University). Selected badminton students and related teachers from these five colleges and universities for research and investigation. The survey took the form of 150 male and female college students (50% each). In the survey, we draw lessons from the scale of College students' Learning Burnout compiled by Lian Rong, and combine with the on-the-spot interviews with teachers and students. Finally, a questionnaire on the causes of learning burnout of badminton students majoring in physical education in Wuhan was compiled, and a questionnaire survey was conducted among the students majoring in badminton in colleges and universities. On the basis of questionnaire, this paper introduces literature method, field interview method, data analysis method and so on. Through the investigation, it is found that among the students majoring in badminton in colleges and universities in Wuhan, based on learning burnout, The behavior of students is the most prominent, the specific performance is that the theoretical class learning burnout is very serious, boys are higher than girls, senior students are higher than junior students, different majors and different middle school graduation school students burnout degree is significantly different, and so on. In addition, students' depression and low sense of achievement are also relatively serious. The reasons can be comprehensively decomposed into social factors, school factors, personal factors and so on. From the subjective and objective analysis of the existing problems and the causes of the problems, so as to find reasonable countermeasures to solve the learning burnout of college students.
