竹葉提取物對(duì)小鼠運(yùn)動(dòng)能力的影響

【摘要】:旨在研究竹葉提取物對(duì)小鼠運(yùn)動(dòng)能力的影響。選取8周齡健康雄性小鼠45只隨機(jī)分為陰性對(duì)照組、模型組和試驗(yàn)組,檢測(cè)骨骼肌和心肌組織中丙二醛(MDA)的質(zhì)量摩爾濃度,并測(cè)定超氧化物岐化酶(SOD)和過氧化氫酶(CAT)的活性。結(jié)果表明,試驗(yàn)組小鼠游泳至力竭的時(shí)間顯著大于模型組。與陰性對(duì)照組相比,運(yùn)動(dòng)訓(xùn)練后,模型組小鼠骨骼肌和心肌組織中的MDA質(zhì)量摩爾濃度上升,試驗(yàn)組下降;模型組小鼠骨骼肌和心肌組織中的CAT活性下降,試驗(yàn)組升高;試驗(yàn)組和模型組的SOD活性升高。說明竹葉提取物具有改善運(yùn)動(dòng)能力和抗氧化的功能。
[Abstract]:The purpose of this study was to study the effect of bamboo leaf extract on motor ability of mice. Forty-five 8-week-old healthy male mice were randomly divided into negative control group, model group and experimental group. The mass molar concentration of malondialdehyde (MDA) in skeletal muscle and myocardial tissue was measured. The activities of SOD (SOD) and catalase (CAT) were determined. The results showed that the time from swimming to exhaustion in the experimental group was significantly longer than that in the model group. Compared with the negative control group, after exercise training, the mass molar concentration of MDA in skeletal muscle and myocardial tissue of model group increased and that of experimental group decreased, while the activity of CAT in skeletal muscle and myocardial tissue of model group decreased, and that of experimental group increased. The activity of SOD in the experimental group and the model group was increased. The results showed that bamboo leaf extract had the function of improving exercise ability and antioxidant activity.
