【摘要】：全面建成小康社會是實(shí)現(xiàn)中華民族偉大復(fù)興的重要一步,隨著中國特色社會主義的深入,人們對乒乓球的認(rèn)識經(jīng)歷了由不重視到為全民健身服務(wù)、演變?yōu)椤叭娼ǔ尚】瞪鐣北尘跋碌拇龠M(jìn)文化建設(shè),其作用和意義不斷發(fā)生變化。結(jié)合目前濱州市乒乓球的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀提出一系列建議,使其更好的服務(wù)于“全面建成小康社會”、為濱州市社區(qū)乒乓球的發(fā)展做出一點(diǎn)貢獻(xiàn)。研究全面建成小康社會視角下濱州市社區(qū)乒乓球活動發(fā)展對策研究有以下目的:通過文獻(xiàn)資料等辦法找出全面建成小康社會下對社區(qū)乒乓球活動的新要求;通過對濱州市社區(qū)乒乓球活動發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析,找出濱州市社區(qū)乒乓球活動與全面建成小康社會要求下的差距;通過找到的差距,對濱州市社區(qū)乒乓球活動提出一系列的改革措施,使其由原來的健身層面提高到現(xiàn)在的“文化建設(shè)”、“提高國民素質(zhì)”水平上來。本課題主要通過文獻(xiàn)資料法、問卷調(diào)查法、實(shí)地考察等方法對以下幾個方面進(jìn)行研究:了解濱州市在全面建成小康社會的新背景下所具有的優(yōu)勢;了解濱州市當(dāng)前的體育發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,并找出全面建成小康社會對社區(qū)乒乓球運(yùn)動發(fā)展提出的新要求;通過實(shí)地考察濱州市濱城區(qū),對濱城區(qū)的社區(qū)進(jìn)行抽樣調(diào)查,通過問卷調(diào)查法調(diào)查濱城區(qū)社區(qū)乒乓球運(yùn)動參與者活動現(xiàn)狀、社區(qū)乒乓球的管理現(xiàn)狀以及乒乓球俱樂部和公益型球館的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀。通過對濱州市乒乓球現(xiàn)狀的分析研究得出結(jié)論:通過調(diào)查發(fā)現(xiàn),濱州市結(jié)合本身優(yōu)勢和地區(qū)所有資源,在社區(qū)體育和社區(qū)乒乓球運(yùn)動中取得了一定成績;濱州市社區(qū)乒乓球運(yùn)動的發(fā)展與全面建成小康社會的要求有一定差距,主要存在以下問題:政府等相關(guān)部門和社區(qū)成員對體育、社區(qū)體育、社區(qū)乒乓球活動的價值認(rèn)識不足,社區(qū)乒乓球運(yùn)動區(qū)域發(fā)展不協(xié)調(diào),體育消費(fèi)水平普遍較低,社區(qū)乒乓球活動缺乏完善的組織管理體系,資源共享率低,乒乓球俱樂部收費(fèi)方式不合理、管理水平落后,公益型球館利用不充分、參與者在年齡、性別、學(xué)歷等方面具有差異性等;針對濱州市社區(qū)乒乓球活動中存在的問題,依據(jù)濱州市社區(qū)乒乓球的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,結(jié)合全面建成小康社會背景下的建設(shè)要求,提出了濱州市社區(qū)乒乓球可持續(xù)發(fā)展的對策:1、發(fā)揮政府職能,利用多樣的管理手段,實(shí)現(xiàn)資源共享。2、創(chuàng)新乒乓球活動方式,增強(qiáng)觀賞性和娛樂性,提高乒乓球活動價值內(nèi)涵。3、搭建社區(qū)乒乓球信息化平臺,探索信息傳播新途徑。4、樹立良好的社會形象,加強(qiáng)與專業(yè)相關(guān)組織的合作。5、加強(qiáng)社區(qū)乒乓球?qū)I(yè)指導(dǎo)人員建設(shè),防止社會體育指導(dǎo)員流失。6、加強(qiáng)公益型俱樂部和經(jīng)營型俱樂部的建設(shè),提高服務(wù)水平。
[Abstract]:Building a well-off society in an all-round way is an important step in realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. With the deepening of socialism with Chinese characteristics, people's understanding of table tennis has gone from not paying attention to serving the whole people. The function and significance of promoting cultural construction under the background of "building a well-off society in an all-round way" are constantly changing. Combined with the present situation of table tennis in Binzhou City, this paper puts forward a series of suggestions to better serve "building a well-off society in an all-round way" and make some contributions to the development of table tennis in Binzhou community. The research on the development countermeasures of community table tennis activities in Binzhou City from the perspective of building a well-off society in an all-round way has the following purposes: through literature and other methods to find out the new requirements for community table tennis activities under the comprehensive building of a well-off society; Through the analysis of the present situation of the development of community table tennis activities in Binzhou City, this paper finds out the gap between the community table tennis activities in Binzhou City and the requirements of building a well-off society in an all-round way. Through the gap found, a series of reform measures are put forward for the community table tennis activities in Binzhou City, which can be improved from the original fitness level to the present "cultural construction" and "improving the quality of the people". This topic mainly through the literature method, questionnaire survey method, field investigation and other methods to study the following aspects: to understand the advantages of Binzhou City in the new context of building a well-off society in an all-round way; To understand the current situation of sports development in Binzhou City, and to find out the new requirements for the development of community table tennis by building a well-off society in an all-round way. Through the field investigation of Bincheng District of Binzhou City, the community of Bincheng District was investigated by sampling, and the present situation of table tennis participants in Bincheng District was investigated by questionnaire survey. The present situation of community table tennis management and the development of table tennis club and public welfare stadium. Through the analysis and study of the present situation of table tennis in Binzhou City, it is concluded that Binzhou City has made some achievements in community sports and community table tennis by combining its own advantages and all the resources of the region. There is a certain gap between the development of community table tennis in Binzhou and the requirements for building a well-off society in an all-round way. There are the following problems: the government and other relevant departments and community members do not have enough understanding of the value of sports and community table tennis activities. The regional development of community table tennis is not coordinated, the level of sports consumption is generally low, the community table tennis activities lack a perfect organizational and management system, the resource sharing rate is low, the charging mode of table tennis clubs is unreasonable, and the management level is backward. The public welfare stadium is not fully utilized, and the participants have differences in age, gender, education and so on. In view of the problems existing in the community table tennis activities in Binzhou City, according to the present situation of the development of Binzhou Community Table Tennis and the construction requirements under the background of building a well-off society in an all-round way, this paper puts forward some countermeasures for the sustainable development of Binzhou Community Table Tennis. Give full play to government functions, use a variety of management means to achieve resource sharing. 2, innovate table tennis activities, enhance appreciation and entertainment, improve the value connotation of table tennis activities. 3, build community table tennis information platform, Explore new ways to disseminate information. 4, establish a good social image, strengthen cooperation with relevant professional organizations. 5, strengthen the construction of community table tennis professional guidance personnel, prevent the loss of social sports instructors. 6, Strengthen the construction of public welfare clubs and management clubs and improve the service level.
