【摘要】：中國籃球協(xié)會(huì)是籃球治理體系的重要組成部分,但由于體制原因,自身發(fā)育程度不足,資源整合能力沒有得到有效發(fā)揮。本文運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)資料法和專家咨詢法,從合作博弈的視角出發(fā),對(duì)中國籃球協(xié)會(huì)改革發(fā)展過程中存在的問題進(jìn)行分析,并提出以下建議:應(yīng)基于平等原則,建立一個(gè)良性的合作博弈機(jī)制;通過公平談判,打破信息不對(duì)稱,逐步形成改革目標(biāo)共識(shí);建立強(qiáng)制性契約,明確責(zé)任主體,完善激勵(lì)約束機(jī)制,調(diào)動(dòng)各個(gè)利益主體的積極性,進(jìn)而形成推動(dòng)改革發(fā)展的合力。
[Abstract]:China Basketball Association is an important part of basketball governance system, but due to institutional reasons, its own development degree is insufficient, and the ability of resource integration has not been effectively developed. This paper analyzes the problems existing in the reform and development of China Basketball Association from the perspective of cooperative game by using the methods of literature and expert consultation, and puts forward the following suggestions: it should be based on the principle of equality. Establish a benign cooperative game mechanism; Through fair negotiation, we can break the information asymmetry and gradually form the consensus of reform goal, establish mandatory contract, clarify the main body of responsibility, perfect the incentive and restraint mechanism, mobilize the enthusiasm of all the stakeholders, and then form the joint force to promote the reform and development.
