【摘要】：梳理供給側(cè)結(jié)改革的理論源流,分析中國(guó)職業(yè)足球選擇供給側(cè)改革的現(xiàn)實(shí)動(dòng)因,提出推進(jìn)中國(guó)職業(yè)足球供給側(cè)改革的路徑與措施。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),在需求側(cè),中國(guó)職業(yè)足球國(guó)內(nèi)消費(fèi)市場(chǎng)潛力巨大,但當(dāng)前消費(fèi)水平相對(duì)較低,市場(chǎng)開(kāi)發(fā)相對(duì)滯后;可投資領(lǐng)域眾多,而實(shí)際投資結(jié)構(gòu)失衡,且收益低、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)高;產(chǎn)品出口初現(xiàn)端倪,但規(guī)模和競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力尚顯不足。在供給側(cè),職業(yè)足球人才匱乏導(dǎo)致產(chǎn)品供給失效,足球政策利好引致資本供給失衡,利益牽涉致使制度供給失準(zhǔn)。分析認(rèn)為,應(yīng)借助于供給側(cè)改革充分發(fā)揮市場(chǎng)在中國(guó)職業(yè)足球資源配置中的決定性作用,規(guī)范和強(qiáng)化相關(guān)制度與政策的調(diào)節(jié)和引導(dǎo)作用,提升制度供給、資本供給的準(zhǔn)確性和有效性,通過(guò)改革和創(chuàng)新來(lái)推動(dòng)中國(guó)足球職業(yè)化進(jìn)程,實(shí)現(xiàn)職業(yè)足球人才供給的可持續(xù)發(fā)展,提升職業(yè)足球產(chǎn)品供給質(zhì)量和相關(guān)服務(wù)水平,逐漸滿足球迷不斷提高的消費(fèi)需求。
[Abstract]:This paper analyzes the theoretical origin of supply-side reform, analyzes the realistic causes of the supply-side reform of Chinese professional football, and puts forward the ways and measures to promote the supply-side reform of Chinese professional football. It is found that, on the demand side, the domestic consumption market of professional football in China has great potential, but the current consumption level is relatively low, the market development is relatively lagging, there are many fields of investment, but the actual investment structure is out of balance, and the income is low and the risk is high. Export of products first appeared, but the scale and competitiveness is still insufficient. On the supply side, the lack of professional football talents leads to the failure of product supply, the benefit of football policy leads to the imbalance of capital supply, and the interests involved lead to the misalignment of system supply. The analysis shows that the supply-side reform should be used to give full play to the decisive role of the market in the allocation of professional football resources in China, to standardize and strengthen the regulation and guidance of relevant institutions and policies, and to promote the supply of institutions. The accuracy and effectiveness of the capital supply, through the reform and innovation to promote the process of professional football in China, to achieve the sustainable development of professional football talent supply, improve the quality of professional football products supply and related service level. Gradually meet the increasing consumer demand of fans.
