【摘要】：為探討新時(shí)期教練員與運(yùn)動(dòng)員溝通行為問題,運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)資料、問卷調(diào)查等方法,概述交往理論的基本觀點(diǎn),并以其原理為理論基礎(chǔ),解析教練員與運(yùn)動(dòng)員對(duì)溝通的"目的行為""交往行為"認(rèn)知情況,進(jìn)而分析影響溝通行為的因素,提出了教練員、運(yùn)動(dòng)員加強(qiáng)溝通交流的對(duì)策,力圖為構(gòu)建和諧、科學(xué)的訓(xùn)練環(huán)境和提高運(yùn)動(dòng)訓(xùn)練效率提供積極而有益的參考與借鑒。
[Abstract]:In order to probe into the communication behavior between coaches and athletes in the new period, this paper summarizes the basic viewpoints of the communication theory by using the methods of literature and questionnaire, and takes its principle as the theoretical basis. This paper analyzes the cognition of coaches and athletes about "purpose behavior" and "communication behavior", and then analyzes the factors affecting communication behavior, and puts forward the countermeasures for coaches and athletes to strengthen communication and communication in order to build harmony. Scientific training environment and improve the efficiency of sports training to provide a positive and useful reference and reference.
