【摘要】：通過(guò)文獻(xiàn)資料、綜合分析等研究方法對(duì)體育特色小鎮(zhèn)的概念、建設(shè)意義,政府在特色小鎮(zhèn)建設(shè)中的職能及推進(jìn)路徑進(jìn)行了探討,認(rèn)為體育特色小鎮(zhèn)的建設(shè)是豐富特色小鎮(zhèn)建設(shè)內(nèi)容的有效手段,拓寬體育產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展空間載體的渠道,提升居民生活幸福指數(shù)的有益做法,具有較強(qiáng)的體育產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展意義和時(shí)代價(jià)值;而政府在體育特色小鎮(zhèn)建設(shè)中具有重要的作用但必須明確其職能才能更好地促進(jìn)特色小鎮(zhèn)的建設(shè),通過(guò)梳理認(rèn)為,政府在建設(shè)體育特色小鎮(zhèn)的過(guò)程中應(yīng)該承擔(dān)起頂層設(shè)計(jì)、資源要素保障、基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施配套、組織協(xié)調(diào)監(jiān)督等職能。并提出了促進(jìn)體育特色小鎮(zhèn)建設(shè)的基本路徑:構(gòu)建體育特色小鎮(zhèn)建設(shè)的多元治理體系,建立資源導(dǎo)向的體育小鎮(zhèn)特色定位,通過(guò)政策引導(dǎo),合力培育多元主體,建立體育特色小鎮(zhèn)建設(shè)評(píng)價(jià)體系。
[Abstract]:Through literature, comprehensive analysis and other research methods, this paper discusses the concept and construction significance of small town with sports characteristics, the functions of the government in the construction of small town with characteristics and the way to promote it. It is considered that the construction of small towns with sports characteristics is an effective means to enrich the construction contents of small towns with characteristics, widen the channels of space carrier for the development of sports industry, and promote the residents' happiness index of life. Has the strong sports industry development significance and the times value; But the government plays an important role in the construction of small towns with sports characteristics, but must clarify its functions in order to better promote the construction of small towns with characteristics. Through combing, the government should assume the top-level design in the process of building small towns with sports characteristics. Resource elements guarantee, infrastructure supporting, organization coordination supervision and other functions. And put forward the basic path to promote the construction of small towns with sports characteristics: to construct the multi-governance system for the construction of small towns with sports characteristics, to establish the resource-oriented orientation of the characteristics of small towns for sports, and to cultivate the pluralistic subjects through policy guidance and joint efforts. Establish sports characteristic small town construction evaluation system.
