閩南師范大學(xué)女生健美操公選課實現(xiàn)教學(xué)目標(biāo)現(xiàn)狀研究
[Abstract]:Aerobics is a popular sport for college girls, which is related to the function and characteristics of aerobics. Therefore, college girls choose aerobics to study and exercise in a considerable proportion. In order to understand and master the current situation of college female students' aerobics elective course to achieve the teaching goal, this paper takes female students of Minnan normal University as an example, adopts the methods of literature, questionnaire, interview, data statistics and so on. This paper discusses the successful experience and existing problems in the teaching of aerobics elective courses. The results are as follows: 1. Degree of satisfaction of aerobics elective courses: on the question of "very satisfied" or "satisfied" in aerobics public electives, the female students who answered "very satisfied" and "satisfied" accounted for about half of the total. This to some extent shows that elective courses can basically meet the requirements of girls. 2. The motivation of students to choose courses is active as a whole, and the motivation of most girls to choose aerobics is fitness and bodybuilding, in turn, interests and hobbies, enriching cultural life, improving aesthetic taste and interest, and the difficulty of examination. Participation in social interaction 3. The combination of girls' physical exercise in and out of class: girls' extracurricular physical exercises use aerobics and sports skills in good condition, and more than half of the girls will use aerobics sports skills to carry out extracurricular physical exercises. A significant percentage of girls occasionally study aerobics in extracurricular physical exercises, but a small number of students still say they will not do aerobics exercises in extracurricular sports. Student sports participation behavior: nearly half of the students were able to adhere to extra-curricular calisthenics exercises more than three times a week (including three) in accordance with the extracurricular exercise plan assigned by the teacher, and more than half of the students were able to do more than 1 / 2 times a week. This shows that most of the students have not basically developed the habit of taking part in physical exercise. The reasons why girls take part in extracurricular physical exercise are: developing physical fitness, maintaining a good figure, coping with exams, relieving stress. 5. Students sports skills mastery: a considerable number of girls better grasp aerobics sports skills, easy to use; more than half of the girls basic master aerobics sports skills, and can be used simply; There are a small number of students can not better master aerobics sports skills. Most of the girls have mastered the methods of scientific physical exercise or the basic methods of scientific physical exercise, and most of the girls can master the emergency treatment of common sports injuries, etc. 6. Physical health status of students: the excellent and good rate of students' physical health standard test in aerobics class is more than half of the total, the qualified rate accounts for the vast majority of the total number of people. 7. Learning to achieve mental health and social adaptation goals: aerobics public elective students to achieve the overall mental health goals better, aerobics option class students in overcoming difficulties, forming a positive attitude to life, regulating emotional methods, the students in the aerobics option class to overcome difficulties, to form a positive attitude towards life, to regulate the emotional methods. Cultivate strong will quality to achieve a better degree. The students of aerobics elective class are better in unity and cooperation, dealing with cooperation and competition, which to a certain extent shows that most of the female students in the aerobics public elective class have achieved success in achieving the goal of mental health and social adaptation. Make relevant recommendations for existing problems: 1. Enrich aerobics teaching content, incorporate modern dance elements, meet the needs of students to choose courses; 2. Set up calisthenics study group, make in-class study and extracurricular exercise organic combination, improve students' sports participation, sports skills level; 3. Teachers give full play to students' unique creativity, cultivate students' spirit of unity and cooperation, and improve students' ability to adapt to society. Flexible use of teaching methods to stimulate students' motivation to learn.
