【摘要】：2008年10月,世界智力運動會在中國北京首創(chuàng)。這是中國第一次成功承辦智力運動會,促進智力運動的國際化。但第二屆世界智運會籌辦并不順利,直到今年3月才確定在法國里爾舉辦。從百年奧運發(fā)展歷程不難看出,要想發(fā)展智運會,其中的挫折與困惑在所難免,從蒙特利爾陷阱到洛杉磯重生,我們會對智運會的前途產生疑慮。盡管如此,我們還是要對智運會抱以樂觀的態(tài)度。智運會與奧運會并無直接聯(lián)系,一個剛剛起步,一個已經(jīng)發(fā)展多年。比起奧運會,智運會雖不追求“更高,更快,更強”的對身體方面的挑戰(zhàn),但對腦力的要求,一經(jīng)發(fā)起,競技價值甚高。從而,我們要更準確的理清困擾智運會發(fā)展過程中存在的問題,準確為其發(fā)展保駕護航,以史為鑒,借鑒奧運會的成功與失敗,運用文獻法、歷史溯源等方法,通過分析智運會產生的背景、比較與奧運會的異同,探討智運會發(fā)展過程當中存在的隱患和原因,進而提出了充分利用現(xiàn)代媒體技術,搭建智力運動普及平臺;借鑒“養(yǎng)狼計劃”;協(xié)調賽制(防止與其他賽事重合),借鑒奧運與其他聯(lián)賽經(jīng)驗;多方融資,專業(yè)運作;塑造高水平“志愿者”,打造專業(yè)“中介者”的解決策略。
[Abstract]:In October 2008, the World Intelligence Games was inaugurated in Beijing, China. This is the first time that China has successfully hosted the intellectual Games to promote the internationalization of intellectual sports. But preparations for the second World mind Games did not go well until March, when they were set to be held in Lille, France. From the development of the centennial Olympic Games, it is not difficult to see that if we want to develop the World mind Games, the setbacks and puzzles are inevitable. From the Montreal trap to the rebirth of Los Angeles, we will have doubts about the future of the Games. Nevertheless, we should take an optimistic attitude towards the World mind Games. There is no direct connection between the World mind Games and the Olympic Games. One has just started and one has been developed for many years. Compared to the Olympic Games, the Games do not pursue "higher, faster, stronger" physical challenges, but the requirements for mental power, once launched, the competitive value is very high. Therefore, we should more accurately clarify the problems existing in the development of the World mind Games, accurately protect its development, learn from history, draw lessons from the success and failure of the Olympic Games, use documentary methods, historical tracing methods, and so on. By analyzing the background of the development of the World mind Games, comparing the similarities and differences with the Olympic Games, this paper discusses the hidden dangers and reasons in the development of the Games, and then puts forward the idea of making full use of modern media technology to build a platform for the popularization of intellectual sports. Draw lessons from "wolf-raising plan", coordinate competition system (prevent overlap with other events), draw lessons from Olympic and other league experience, multi-financing, professional operation, mold high-level "volunteer", build professional "intermediary" solution strategy.
