基于社會(huì)需求視角下高等體育院;@球裁判員培養(yǎng)的SWOT分析

【摘要】:改革開放以來,我國經(jīng)濟(jì)的騰飛為籃球運(yùn)動(dòng)的發(fā)展提供了優(yōu)越的物質(zhì)基礎(chǔ)和良好的市場(chǎng)環(huán)境,人們參與籃球運(yùn)動(dòng)的熱情不斷高漲;@球比賽數(shù)量的增多勢(shì)必會(huì)引起裁判員需求量的增加,比賽水平的提高勢(shì)必會(huì)對(duì)裁判員能力提出更高的要求。體育院校作為籃球裁判員人才培養(yǎng)的主要單位,應(yīng)該緊盯籃球裁判人才的社會(huì)需求變化,根據(jù)社會(huì)需求狀況優(yōu)化教學(xué)模式,提高裁判人才培養(yǎng)效益,進(jìn)而滿足社會(huì)需求。本研究以社會(huì)需求為視角,以管理學(xué)相關(guān)理論為導(dǎo)向,運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)資料法、問卷調(diào)查法和專家訪談法明確了當(dāng)前籃球裁判員社會(huì)需求和體育院;@球裁判員培養(yǎng)現(xiàn)狀,在此基礎(chǔ)上運(yùn)用數(shù)據(jù)分析法篩選了影響體育院;@球裁判員培養(yǎng)的內(nèi)外環(huán)境因素,然后運(yùn)用SWOT分析法進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)分析,最后運(yùn)用SWOT矩陣模型總結(jié)出有益于體育院校培養(yǎng)籃球裁判員的可行性對(duì)策和合理化建議。研究結(jié)果為:1、目前,各體育院;@球裁判教學(xué)形式主要以等級(jí)考核前集中培訓(xùn)為主,學(xué)生平時(shí)對(duì)裁判知識(shí)和技能積累不夠;各院校都看到了籃球裁判社會(huì)需求的變化,部分院校做了相應(yīng)的調(diào)整。2、目前,社會(huì)對(duì)一級(jí)、國家級(jí)籃球裁判員需求量較大;普遍認(rèn)為二級(jí)、一級(jí)裁判員的實(shí)際執(zhí)裁能力未達(dá)到期望水平;當(dāng)前社會(huì)籃球裁判工作所存在的三大問題是基本理論水平較低、三人執(zhí)裁水平較低、記錄臺(tái)工作水平較低;當(dāng)前社會(huì)對(duì)籃球裁判員三大基本能力要求是職業(yè)道德水平、基本理論水平、臨場(chǎng)執(zhí)裁水平。3、目前,體育院;@球裁判教學(xué)內(nèi)容與社會(huì)對(duì)籃球裁判員的能力要求吻合度較高;一級(jí)等級(jí)考核標(biāo)準(zhǔn)低于社會(huì)期望水平,吻合度較低。4、體育院校培養(yǎng)籃球裁判員的四大優(yōu)勢(shì):校內(nèi)比賽水平相對(duì)較高,實(shí)踐機(jī)會(huì)多;具豐富的裁判員培養(yǎng)經(jīng)驗(yàn);學(xué)生整體素質(zhì)高,年齡結(jié)構(gòu)適宜,可以提高成才率,縮短成才周期;擁有高級(jí)別的裁判員老師。5、四大劣勢(shì):對(duì)籃球裁判培養(yǎng)工作的重視不夠;缺乏高水平執(zhí)裁機(jī)會(huì);沒有統(tǒng)一的教材和完整的教學(xué)大綱;教師對(duì)籃球裁判教學(xué)的重視程度不同。6、四大機(jī)遇:籃球裁判員社會(huì)需求大;順應(yīng)我國體育制度改革和高校改革;CBA裁判職業(yè)化的引導(dǎo);穩(wěn)定的政治環(huán)境,堅(jiān)實(shí)的社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)基礎(chǔ)。7、四大挑戰(zhàn):部分體育院校沒有推薦報(bào)考國家級(jí)資格,限制優(yōu)秀學(xué)生裁判員向更高層次發(fā)展;體育院校與地方籃協(xié)尚未建立互動(dòng)機(jī)制;中國籃協(xié)開始對(duì)地方籃協(xié)(包括體育院校)等級(jí)認(rèn)證工作進(jìn)行資質(zhì)認(rèn)定和評(píng)估考核;政府缺乏整體規(guī)劃。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, the economic development of our country has provided a superior material basis and a good market environment for the development of basketball, and the enthusiasm of people to participate in basketball has been rising. The increase in the number of basketball matches will inevitably lead to an increase in the demand for referees, and the improvement of the level of the match will inevitably put forward higher requirements on the referees' ability. As the main training unit of basketball referees, sports colleges and universities should pay close attention to the changes of social needs of basketball referees, optimize the teaching mode according to the social needs, improve the training efficiency of referees, and meet the needs of the society. This research takes the social demand as the angle, takes the management related theory as the guidance, uses the literature material method, the questionnaire investigation method and the expert interview method to clarify the current basketball referee social demand and the sports college basketball referee training present situation. On this basis, the data analysis method is used to screen the internal and external environmental factors that affect the training of basketball referees in sports colleges and universities, and then the SWOT analysis method is used to carry on the systematic analysis. Finally, the SWOT matrix model is used to summarize the feasible countermeasures and reasonable suggestions which are beneficial to the training of basketball referees in sports colleges and universities. The research results are as follows: (1) at present, basketball referee teaching forms in various physical education colleges mainly focus on training before grade assessment, and students' accumulation of referee knowledge and skills is not enough at ordinary times; Various colleges and universities have seen the changes in the social needs of basketball referees, and some colleges and universities have made corresponding adjustments. 2, at present, the society has a large demand for first-level and national basketball referees; It is generally believed that the actual ability of the first-class referees is not up to the desired level, and the three major problems existing in the current social basketball referee work are the lower basic theoretical level, the lower level of the three-person referee, and the lower working level of the recording desk. At present, the three basic abilities of basketball referees in society are professional moral level, basic theoretical level and on-the-spot adjudication level. 3. At present, the teaching contents of basketball referees in physical education colleges are in good agreement with the ability requirements of the society to basketball referees; The evaluation standard of the first grade is lower than the social expectation level and the degree of coincidence is low. 4, the four advantages of cultivating basketball referees in physical education colleges and universities are as follows: the level of in-school competition is relatively high, and there are many practical opportunities; there is rich experience in the training of referees; The overall quality of the students is high, the age structure is appropriate, it can improve the rate of success, shorten the period of success, have a high-level referee teacher. 5, four major disadvantages: insufficient attention to the training of basketball referees, lack of high-level opportunities for the referee; There are no unified teaching materials and a complete syllabus; the teachers pay different attention to basketball referee teaching. 6, four opportunities: basketball referees' social needs, conforming to the reform of our sports system and colleges and universities; CBA referee professional guidance; Stable political environment, solid socio-economic base. 7, four major challenges: some physical education colleges and universities do not recommend national qualifications for the examination, restricting excellent student referees to a higher level; Sports colleges and local basketball associations have not yet established an interactive mechanism; the China Basketball Association has begun to identify and assess the qualifications of local basketball associations (including sports colleges and universities); and the government lacks overall planning.
