【摘要】：民族傳統(tǒng)體育是我國體育事業(yè)當中至關重要的組成部分,在全民健身計劃的實施與全民健身體系的構建中占據著非常重要的地位。運用文獻資料法分析《全民健身計劃綱要》的演變歷史和"全民健身"概念演進歷史,結合民族傳統(tǒng)體育,特別是龍舟運動的歷史演變,討論全民健身體系構建的土壤特征:歲時文化流變的體育文化土壤;民族傳統(tǒng)體育項目與體育比賽結合的社會環(huán)境土壤;日常生活的自發(fā)性到自覺性的意識形態(tài)土壤。以期為全民健身體系構建和民族傳統(tǒng)體育的發(fā)展提供理論依據。
[Abstract]:National traditional sports is one of the most important parts of sports in our country, which occupies a very important position in the implementation of the national fitness program and the construction of the national fitness system. This paper analyzes the evolution history of the outline of the National Fitness Plan and the evolution history of the concept of "National Fitness" by using the method of literature and reference, combining with the historical evolution of the national traditional sports, especially the dragon boat sport, This paper discusses the soil characteristics of the construction of the national fitness system: the soil of sports culture which changes at the age of age; The social environment soil of the combination of national traditional sports and sports competitions; the spontaneous to conscious ideological soil of daily life. In order to provide a theoretical basis for the construction of the national fitness system and the development of national traditional sports.
